El yapımı 70'ten fazla seviye ile oyun, problem çözme becerilerinizi test edecek bir dizi zihin bükücü zorluk sunar. Rubek'in öne çıkan özelliklerinden biri de güzel minimalist estetiğidir.
Rubek
Rubek reminds me a lot of the old flash game Bloxorz, except way less fun, there's only so much trial and error I could take before getting bored and resorting to a guide.
Gameplay
In Rubek you roll a cube around and colour it's sides in order to pass over different coloured tiles, this leads to 2 possible outcomes: You either trial and error and fail various ways and run into the same incorrect routes or you try to picture how your cube is going to be oriented at certain points, this becomes increasingly frustrating as more colours are required and different features are introduced. The game does have a few different features like raised blocks that flip your cube differently, teleporters and buttons that open up new paths, but this only serves to make my previously mentioned gripes even worse, as not knowing how a button will change the map makes it impossible to plan ahead, and you can only undo a few moves.
Achievements (11/11)
100% achievements for completion of all levels, 200 stars requires most levels having a 3-star rating (but not all).
Settings/Accessibility/Misc
Works fine on steamdeck, move with right stick, left stick controls mouse for onscreen actions (no touch-screen). Colour-blind Settings. Level select available. Support for gamepad, other reviews have issues with keyboard and mouse controls. 11 languages supported.

Rubek is a clever puzzle game developed and published by Xigma Games that proves a simple idea can become remarkably engaging when supported by thoughtful level design. Built around the concept of rolling a colorful cube across a grid, the game transforms what initially appears to be a straightforward objective into a series of increasingly intricate mental challenges. Every movement changes the orientation of the cube's colored faces, meaning success depends not only on reaching the exit but also on carefully matching the correct colors with designated tiles. The game's clean presentation immediately communicates its mechanics without overwhelming the player, making it easy to learn while leaving plenty of room for genuine strategic depth. Instead of relying on flashy visuals or an elaborate storyline, Rubek focuses entirely on delivering satisfying puzzle-solving through elegant, well-crafted gameplay. What makes the experience so rewarding is the gradual evolution of its mechanics. Early levels introduce the basics at a comfortable pace, allowing players to understand how each roll affects the cube and the surrounding environment. As new layouts and obstacles appear, every stage demands greater foresight, encouraging players to think several moves ahead before committing to a solution. Rather than overwhelming players with constant rule changes, the game continuously expands upon its original concept in meaningful ways, ensuring each puzzle feels distinct while remaining logically consistent. The collection of more than seventy handcrafted levels offers a satisfying progression that steadily increases in difficulty, rewarding careful observation and experimentation instead of quick reflexes. Players who enjoy optimizing their performance will also appreciate the optional challenge of collecting stars by finding more efficient solutions, adding another layer of replayability beyond simply completing every stage. Rubek's minimalist visual style complements its gameplay exceptionally well. Bright colors, simple geometric environments, and uncluttered menus keep the focus squarely on the puzzles themselves. Every visual element serves a practical purpose, ensuring that players can easily read the board and understand their available options without unnecessary distractions. The understated soundtrack further reinforces the calm atmosphere, creating an experience that feels relaxing even as the puzzles become increasingly demanding. This balance between peaceful presentation and intellectually stimulating gameplay gives the game a distinctive identity, making each completed level feel like a satisfying personal achievement rather than the result of luck or repetitive trial and error. Beyond its core mechanics, Rubek includes several thoughtful features that add value without complicating the experience. Steam Achievements, Trading Cards, and online leaderboards provide additional goals for completionists and competitive players who enjoy comparing their efficiency with others. The inclusion of a colorblind mode is another welcome feature, making the game more accessible without compromising its central mechanics. The controls remain responsive and intuitive throughout, allowing players to focus entirely on solving puzzles instead of struggling with the interface. Even after finishing the main collection of levels, the pursuit of perfect solutions and faster completion times offers compelling reasons to revisit earlier stages with a more refined understanding of the game's systems. The game's greatest strength is also its most significant challenge. While the early stages are approachable, later puzzles become genuinely demanding and require patience, logical thinking, and careful planning. Players looking for a relaxed experience may occasionally find themselves stuck on particularly intricate layouts, but the satisfaction of finally discovering the correct sequence of moves makes the effort worthwhile. Because every puzzle follows consistent internal rules, failure rarely feels unfair. Instead, each mistake encourages players to reconsider their strategy and recognize possibilities they may have overlooked. This emphasis on reasoning over random chance ensures that progress feels earned, rewarding persistence and creative problem-solving throughout the adventure. Rubek succeeds by remaining completely focused on its central idea and exploring it with remarkable creativity. It never relies on unnecessary features or artificial padding to extend its playtime, instead allowing its intelligently designed puzzles to carry the entire experience. Xigma Games has crafted a polished indie title that demonstrates how effective minimalist design can be when paired with strong gameplay fundamentals. Although players seeking an action-heavy or story-driven adventure may find its narrow focus limiting, fans of thoughtful logic puzzles will discover a consistently enjoyable and mentally stimulating experience. With its polished mechanics, rewarding progression, and satisfying level design, Rubek stands as an excellent example of how a simple concept can be transformed into an engaging puzzle game that remains entertaining from beginning to end.
