About

█ ROUTINE is a First Person Sci-Fi Horror title set on an abandoned lunar base designed around an 80s vision of the future.
Curious exploration turns into a need for survival when a lunar base goes completely quiet. Searching for answers puts you face to face with an enemy who is certain the main threat is you. Discoveries lead to deeper unknowns and the only way to go is forward. ▌
Note: ROUTINE offers no waypoint markers, finding your way is part of the experience. Slow down, observe your surroundings, explore carefully, and review data to uncover the path forward.
█ EXPLORE: Roam through contrasting sectors of the lunar base, from deteriorating living quarters and tram stations to an abandoned mall. ▌
█ OBSERVE: Investigate your surroundings and uncover crucial information to progress and piece together the events that unfolded before your arrival. ▌
█ IMMERSE: Full body awareness, diegetic audio, and minimal UI help create a gripping and atmospheric experience. ▌
█ OPERATE: Your Cosmonaut Assistance Tool (C.A.T.) is vital. Use it to access critical terminals, navigate the environment and identify clues. ▌
█ SURVIVE: Run, hide, or attempt to defend yourself against unknown threats using the C.A.T. as a last resort. ▌

Наклав гору кірпічів, хорор чудовий. Хоча сюжет, як на мене, розробники могли б подати набагато краще
Very, unexpectedly good. For a 3 man team, Routine very blatantly blows almost every AAA horror/survival horror game from the last 5 years out of the water. Lots of unexpected twists and depth to the story and the atmosphere can be deeply unsettling at times which of course is what you want. I have yet to complete the game but this has by and large exceeded every expectation I had going in (blind of course). The movement is smooth yet you feel as if you are the engineer yourself, it has a quality of grit and has a tactile feel to it. I've felt like I am actually experiencing the story of Routine first hand. 10/10. Spend the money, it's worth it.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Very good atmosphere and story but after the first hour to two hours loses most of that scaryness due to you figuring out the enemies and how easy they become to juke, stun, and evade. Some puzzles can be unclear or confusing sometimes. I would recommend getting the game on discount.
My first time playing triple A horror game, and it was peak, maybe.... routine 2 in the future?
I really liked the game, the atmosphere is fantastic. I am recommending it reluctantly though, finished it in just under 8 hours and there is no new game value. Buy it on sale only.
You should give it a run through if cosmological horror and immersive experiences are your thing.
i sht myself
Fantastic horror game, one of the few where I had to put it down a couple of times because I got so scared. The story is mysterious and haunting. However the ending was tragically beautiful. Great game def pick it up.
Did the movement 'tutorial', it then printed my ID and tossed it under the machine. Spent ages fumbling around in frustration trying to reach it with no success. Ridiculous. Quit. Uninstalled. Refunded.
