La série ROCKET KNIGHT ADVENTURES est ma série préférée avec SONIC THE HEDGEHOG!!... Ce n'est pas difficile, je n'ai jamais vu d'autres jeux capables d'égaler SONIC, c'est aussi fou, tout simplement!!... Certes, le premier jeu de la série, sorti en 1993 sur Megadrive, reste le plus original des trois épisodes 16-bit proposés dans cette compilation car surprenant à chaque instant, le gameplay se renouvelant sans cesse car chaque niveau est découpé en plusieurs saynètes souvent très originales, mais les deux autres sont de très jeux également mais avec à chaque fois un petit truc en moins par rapport au premier (arrières-plans moins fournis, niveaux plus longs, scène de combat de mechas manquante, etc.) même s'ils proposent également leur lot de scènes d'anthologie (ne serait-ce que le niveau en Sparkrobo pour le deuxième épisode ou encore celle à dos de Stampey-Do)!!... Et puis, tout simplement, l'armée de l'empire Devotindos (les cochons) reste la plus iconique des trois armées ennemies!!... Bref, une compilation avec trois jeux géniaux de Konami, mes jeux préférés avec les SONIC!!... Si l'aventure vous a plu, n'hésitez pas à acheter également ROCKET KNIGHT, suite du deuxième épisode sortie en 2010 : Elle se déroule 15 ans après le RK2, signe le retour de l'empire Devotindos (et d'Axel Gear, comme à chaque fois) et, même si encore une fois ça reste en deçà du premier jeu et que les modèles modélisés auraient pu être plus beaux surtout vu la beauté des sprites que l'on avait sur 16-bit, ,ça envaut largement la chandelle : Une nouvelle aventure de Sparkster le Rocket Knight ne se refuse jamais!!...

👍 sure the Price Tag is compared to other collections a bit hefty but compared to the prices ppl charge on ebay, this one is cheap. As one who owned Rocket Knight back in the 90th, didn't passed level 2 and had to sell it due to financial problems this is a good chance to revive ones childhood and finish one of the most original sidescollers.
These games are some of the best in the 90's and I'm glad they brought them back in for the rest of people who haven't played or don't own an old console. Little pricey but other than that it is one-to-one of the originals. 9/10
MIXED at best. Its certainly much better than that OTHER RKA 'game' on Steam, it has the originals, but bloody hell, what a BAD job porting! The menus are wonky, theres no option to set controls, the sounds can get glitchy, and dont hit pause or get your ears assaulted badly! Really wish theyd actually FIX this and make it what it should of been to start with!

Funny armadillo knight man game
I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS!!!!!! RKA and Sparkster have been some of my fav Mega Drive games ever since I was a kid and I was so happy to finally get to play the SNES version as well. Thank goodness that there's a rewind function that saved my butt in more situations than I would like to admit! It worked perfectly fine with my Xbox controller (except each game's start menu for some reason lol) and I especially love the little museum and music sections that allow you to dive in deeper the games' history and listen to some absolute bangers! (RKA1's stage 6 and 7 OST? Chef's kiss.) I do have to agree with the previous reviewers that the price is way too high though, so I definitely recommend buying it when it's on sale. I feel like if they had also included the 2010 Rocket Knight, then it would have been a fair price. All in all I had a very nice experience (re)playing these, just like I did in my childhood! This series is criminally underrated, so I feel like this collection is a good opportunity for new players to get to know it too. Please get it if one day you just feel like being a cute flying opossum :D
