Honestly, I can't recommend this game as is. I watched a youtuber play it and was wondering why they stopped playing it early. I understand now. Honestly the progression system is not good. I agree with another review in that this is not a casual laid back type. You don't really get major enjoyment from it, no major background music to spur you on, not really much except the prospect to go further in your skill tree hoping for something that will get you further. The problem is even with you destroying more with more skills unlocked, the progress slows very quickly. You have this massive leap for instance only a couple depths in from millions - billions, which...isn't too horrible, but its the high billions and trillions where you begin to go "oh...this is going to feel monotonous to play through isnt it?" And it truly does become that. I have played similar games to this where you have the same leap in funds to get skills. However, the difference between them is it's more a "looks like a hard leap" in those games, wheras in this game it actually is. You have two trees. The skill tree and a tree where you can trade the resources for higher exchanges for dollars. The first tree for instance goes from like $1 per, to $2.5, $4, and so on per amount of resources needed to upgrade the selling value. And using it does help, but...not as much as youd think as you get further along Higher crusher damage, laser, health, etc, you'd think would get you further. Nope, only so far. You can max out a TON of those skills, get to the next depth, and your back to square one. Better, you run out of health per drill on a rock, which means the next depth you get to your health empties fast, so your scrambling to get more health. It sounds like something remedied well in a game like this but...it honestly is a slog It honestly just gets boring and annoying to go back in. That I think is the big problem with this game. I see others reviewing saying it was fantastic but...I honestly have to wonder if they're bots. I'm on depth 5, and it has become boring as hell. You can check my games, I have a good few more of these games, all ranging from pretty decent to absolutely fantastic with this model. This game is just not good. I honestly regret buying this. It's not a lot, but it's honestly not worth it. Would rather save my money for one of the other casuals. I'm here for good laid back fun. This honestly just left me feeling like I was at a job. Spending time for little back.
Pretty bland, NOT an idler. can't recommend even if you like active idlers. Most upgrades feel bad and there's almost zero decision making. The gameplay loop feels about 1/5th of the pace it should've been with far more upgrades or at the very least a few more mechanics
Very fun and satisfying growth. Accelerates super quickly in the end. Absolutely not an idle game though. You'll need to actually play it until maybe the last half hour.

I will preface this review by stating that I failed to realise you could upgrade your resource sell value, thus beginning the longest and most arduous gameplay. I'd aliken it to that of having your fingernails pulled. So I will take some of the blame on board, however, putting aside my complete inability to READ, I still found the gameplay to be slow and monotonous, with very little gain. Progress is earned by selling resources and upgrading a rather large skill tree. There is the ineveitable "Boss" rock that once defeated unlocks the next level. Each level looks exactly the same, so really you are just doing the same level over. And over. And over again. Sadly cannot recommend.
Possibly the best game ever about crushing rocks.
Feels like a knockoff of Nodebuster but not as fun. cute visuals gameplay not so much
