About
Build and manage your ultimate retro arcade! Buy classic Arcade Machines, Galaxy Pinball, and Gift Claw games, or invest in Cinema 8D, Go-Karts, and Racing Simulators. Manage the economy, hire staff, and keep every machine running!
Step into the neon-lit world of the past and build the ultimate entertainment center in Retro Arcade Shop Simulator. Start with a humble, dusty venue and gradually transform it into a booming, large-scale arcade business. Buy nostalgic arcade cabinets, organize your floor plan to maximize customer flow, and watch the tokens roll in. Whether you want to recreate a cozy 80s hangout spot or build a massive, multi-room gaming paradise, you have the tools to bring your retro tycoon dreams to life.
Growing your business takes more than plugging in a few machines. You’ll need to manage a token economy across four different currencies, watch your hourly income, and take out bank loans to fund your expansions.
Unlock up to 10 unique rooms and fill them with a variety of attractions. Offer your customers classic Air Hockey, Pinball, and Whack-A-Mole, or invest in high-end Plane Simulators, Bowling Alleys, Go-Kart tracks, and immersive 8D Cinemas. When crowds get overwhelming, hire cashiers, cafeteria workers, and token collectors so no customer ever waits in line.
Make the arcade truly yours with deep interior customization. Choose from dozens of wall and floor textures, add vibrant graffiti murals, and set the perfect mood with neon lighting, signs, and decorative plants. You’ll also need to keep your customers fueled by managing a cafeteria - serve burgers, pour drinks, and sell gaming magazines or CDs to maximize your daily profits.
Heavy use takes its toll. Cabinets break down, screens go dark, and a dead machine is a machine that isn't making you money. Service and repair your hardware, mop the floors, empty the token boxes, and keep the whole venue in working order. Do it all yourself to save money in the early days, then hire repairmen and cleaners once the crowds get too big to handle alone. Blend relaxing business progression with an unforgettable nostalgic atmosphere and become the ultimate arcade tycoon!

I really like this game. I played my fair share of business owner simulator games to be able to say this one is well made BUT could use some extra polishing. First of all, carrying boxes one by one does get a little tedious but you can always toss them and juggle a few throughout your arcade. I like the employees, they work at a decent pace but one thing that I loved about another simulator game was that you could upgrade your employees to make them work faster. With that being said, a stocker employee would be nice, there's so much storage space but I catch myself just ordering stuff as I need it since I'm going to be the one to stock it either way. I know that I just went on about things that could be improved upon but this game came out 4 days ago (per this review). I am more than willing to give the devs some time to expand on this game. This is definitely one of those late night, listening to music games where you just kind of hit flow state and just play for a few hours without even noticing. If that's your thing, I definitely recommed!
8/10 Fun game with a few issues. My biggest issue was controller support. I played this on steam deck and yeah it was fun but man was the feel terrible. My other biggest issue was it takes FOREVER to stock the racks. We need bigger boxes and/or a dedicated employee to stock for games and mags. I hope some things will be stream lined a bit more but all in all the game was fun and I enjoyed my time with it.

amazing for a early access, if this is what we have to work on cant wait for more updates and items
good game nice amount of content at launch runs well and only one very small bug i have found but not game breaking and a good price. Well done all the devs that are working on this game look forward to putting many hours into playing.
It's good, I wish i could give it more a mid-rating though. Like others have mentioned the game can really be "beat" in the first 3-4 hours which is kind of lame. The last two achievements take forever though and the game loses any sort of fun going for them too but of course I'm going for them.
I am really enjoying the game. Looking forward to future updates.
Give me MOREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Honestly this game has been addicting. I just wish they had restockers, I heard they are working on it though. I only had to get Credit Cards in the beginning for a little help, but i paid them all off early pretty quickly. I am on Day 34 and i am level 25 and everything is unlocked. I give this game a 10/10. I love it and it kind of peaceful and relaxing. I hope they bring in new arcade games and more decorations. Some couches or table & chairs for a lounge area that customers can use for breaks. Hiring another restaurant worker would be nice or extend the wait time for customers.
流程不算长,整体还算有趣 ,不过缺少一个搬运的员工,这很重要
This is a really great simulator! I've put 6 hours into it so far and I have almost all the achievements. With that said, you can tell that they are planning to add more things to the game based on the menus in the game. I can't wait to see what more they add. I like that this simulator is refreshing as it is different in some aspects due to it being an arcade sim. I really don't have a lot of cons to the game other than currently the game being unfinished as far as content. The employees also work very well in the game. I've had no crashes or glitches. The game currently is at an amazing price with the sale, and I definitely got $8 worth of fun out of this game so far and I'm still playing.
