Resolutiion is an excellent indie game with a striking pixel art style and an atmospheric, mysterious world that pulled me in right away. The visuals are vibrant and a little odd in the best way, and the soundtrack really complements the surreal vibe. I enjoyed exploring the world — it's full of strange tech and interesting looking characters. While I personally would've liked a bit more narrative clarity, that may have clashed with the cryptic narrative approach chosen. I did get stuck in one area for a while, which was a bit frustrating circling around the map, but overall, it didn’t take away what I enjoyed about the game. It’s clear a lot of love went into this. If you enjoy artful, slightly abstract indie games with style and substance, Resolutiion is absolutely worth your time.
Budget HLD. Audio is....sharp? It just sounds pretty bad. Graphically it's fairly nice but the combat is boring and the non-stop dialog by your companion is really distracting. Hard pass.
길찾기 너무 짜증나
Killer Soundtrack.

Yeah, honestly ready to drop this game not even 20 minutes in. I was willing to give it a chance like I try to do with most things, however the game feel of this is just bad. Basic movement is a little sluggish, your combo has a weird recoil to it that can wind up pushing you back away from enemies or objects. You combo can also be automated by holding the button down which feels like an oversight more than anything. I found a gun which feels clunky and weak. The first actual enemies of the game are annoying to fight because they take advantage of their greater mobility to rush at you or back away from you at high speed. The map is one of the worst maps I've ever seen in my life. It provides no useful information whatsoever. The mystery is completely uncompelling based on the opening and cryptic dialogue. You may or may not be a boy turned into a robot who may or may not be looking for a girl. There's apparently an empire and a terrorist cell that the empire is trying to take out. I'm not hooked. Looking at other reviews, this game doesn't seem to get any better, and frankly at this point it only seems to be a worse version of Hyper Light Drifter which was already dwarfed by UNSIGHTED. Even beyond that, there are so many other top down action adventure games I could play which execute even the basics of gameplay and story better than this. I don't recommend this. I might not delete it off my account right away. I feel like I'm maybe being a little unfair by not waiting till the first real deal bossfight, but I'm certainly completely unenthusiastic about continuing. EDIT: Yeah, nevermind. Reading even more reviews has convinced me to just get rid of this game. I don't care enough to keep it.
Loved the game! Nice art style. Cool story. Amazing soundtrack. Completed it on Nintendo Switch back in 2020, and it ended up being one of my favourite games of that year. Replayed it on Steam now and had a blast even this time.
I forced myself to finish this game, that says something about it's lack of quality but this game convinced me to endure several hours of misery and boredom and I don't regret it. The music is great, sometimes the vibes are very good, there is a giant cat but the combat is uninspired but difficult in an annoying way (the boss fights become unfun insanely quickly), the level design isn't very good and the story in unintelligible but I think I really like it (it's hard to tell). Kinda required to not go insane: https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/1053226774548629154/9D9D7FB74BFB0CC4E6DBCB72C777E8D24819CB3E/ https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1865697815 https://web.archive.org/web/20210419025159/https://monolithofminds.com/resolutiion-wiki/charactershome.php
A game to play if you want to relax, it's like a phychedelic thing that provide casual gaming principles with a twitch of an adventure. Not overwhelmingly difficult you simply keep on playing until stuck. You open the map and see the next opening/route. Nice graphics never been a friend of terror carricatures which is the main thing inside the game.
