Not a bad indie game adventure ,bit janky in places maybe but oksy
i enjoyed the open world and semi open world concepts along with the visuals of this game the most, and as soon the patch for polishing up on the actions, events, and the relativity between the player character and the npcs is available, I will be downloading that patch asap. Thx.
yes
Another one I really hate to down vote. Janky as hell, but there's this alluring, lost PlayStation 2 game vibe to Resequenced that keeps me playing. Lux is adorable; I enjoy playing dress-up with her, and whoever did her voice acting is surprisingly talented despite some occasionally weak writing. Some of the levels are wonderfully atmospheric (i.e. the cyberpunk city and it's unnervingly desolate subway). The probably is that, despite all the homegrown charm, Resequenced just isn't ready to be out of Early Access, much less be ported to consoles. The UI is rudimentary, there's lighting sources without any ambient glow to them, objects that turn transparent for some reason, maps that feel incomplete with their nonsensical placement of invisible walls, character portraits that don't match their respective in-game model, anachronistic collectibles without explanation to make them feel like they're part of the lore, and other minor issues. Honestly, though? I could actually overlook all of that if it weren't for the game-breaking bugs. Casting lightning magick on chupacabras in Saint Sophia causing an inexplicable single digit frame rate was bad enough, but having a repeatable CTD in Mogwai during the Yaoguai heart hunt makes completing Resequenced impossible, at least in my case. Were these fixed, however, I'd be glad to finish out what would otherwise be a flawed, independent gem. Rating: ★★½
lovely game
The problem with this game, yes a fairly decent story and lots of options like outfits, etc, but as soon as the I got to the St. Sophia level, game is too slow and draggy, even tried to adjust the settings, nothing, and even when I try to start a new game, it takes me back to the title screen.
你说游戏烂吧,它确实挺烂,但是制作组竟然能持续更新这么多年我也挺佩服他们的毅力的,就给个好评吧
I understand this is a small, single-dev project but it's been going on for years and the improvements it definitely needs have not materialized: - animations are janky and awkward - menus are annoying to navigate (controls do not switch from gamepad to keyboard mouse and back) - combat feels stale, there is no reaction to damage/explosions, physics are almost non-existant - non-skippable dialogue, need I say more? - horrible lighting Instead of making fundamental quality and quality-of-life improvements, the dev releases minor bugfixes and more "outfits" periodically.
i like this game alot
