Unfortunately, I have to give Remnant II a negative review. I didn’t like the system where your entire build is based on rings and necklaces. You’ll play through practically the entire main campaign with starter armor and weapons, and the world feels like it was generated by AI… I really expected a lot more from this game. I haven’t played much in the endgame, but I have no desire to do so after finishing the campaign, and that’s a problem for me.
It's actually kind of impressive how bad the first 2 hours of this game is, full of waiting with no substance. Super lame.
nice
Игра хорошая лично все нравится))) Конечно есть минусы но для меня они незначительны) Все круто спасибо)
This is an absolute blast of a game and even better with friends, the amount of secrets and unlockables is impressive and the amount of possible builds is nice as well.
Compared to Remnant 1, Remnant 2 improves in almost every aspect. Getting this on a sale with all DLCs is a steal. However, it isn't perfect. Positives: - Main plot may be generic but plots and characters of Yaesha, Nerud and Losomn are mostly interesting, and together with the dlc, there's 3 possible stories for each world which gives you a reason to explore them again in Adventure Mode or new Campaign. - Archetype (Classes) system is much better than armor set bonuses, allowing for great build variety and freedom of fashion - Weapon variety is pretty great and encourages experimentation. - Lots of amulets and rings for build crafting and variety. - Main bosses drop different loot based on the way you kill them. - Bosses rely less on adds for difficulty. - Secrets that award bonus weapons and armors. Negatives - Main story is really generic and boring. - Scrap (aka Souls / Currency) is too scarce, making it more grindy than Remannt 1. There's an amulet that gives 50% bonus to scrap bonus but still kept running out of scrap. - Many secrets are too convoluted and obscure, requiring constant searching online or opening wiki for solutions. How is one supposed to know that a class is hidden whats basically out of bounds or require dying in a specific spot of the map? - Bosses still rely on adds to stunlock you. - Stunlock is insane. You can easily get stunlocked by basic mob chaining attacks or spamming projectiles. - Hitboxes of some attacks, especially melee ones, are questionable. - Lots of amulets/rings buff melee, but melee still can't deal with many enemies and bosses unless you use a weapon that can be thrown or send projectiles. - No Reisum (Skaven world)
Loadouts don't save in co-op. Frustrating one-hit death stuff. Jump and run passages in a game where movement is clunky. Bad performance and crashes.
Great fun with friends. Impactful combat. Cool unique weapons.
Story is meh. Combat is mid tier to pretty annoying. Level design is ♥♥♥♥. Infinite amount of enemies swarming at all times. Worth it at 80% + sale.
