Regiments is a Real-Time Tactics game set in Germany 1989. The Cold War has gone hot, and the inferno is raging. Lead your Regiment through the fires of conflict and the fog of war. Break through the lines, call in artillery, maneuver, feign retreats, stage defenses, counter-attack. Do not relent.

I am not a fan of RTS genre, but I always wanted to find some wargame which wouldn't be too difficult to get myself in, but at the same time, wouldn't be too easy like World in Conflict. Aaaand, this game nails that niche perfectly! I am very glad there are people out there who can create engaging large-scale battles RTS games without ton of micromanagement and tedious force assemble stage, without 100% dedication to "realism". It is also solely single-player oriented, and AI is pretty decent. All in all, this game is perfect for me, giving me an opportunity to experience challenging, tense battles utilizing combined arms strategy without the need to click on the map like 120 times per second. Also, the Cold war atmosphere is very thick in this one, especially in soundtrack and tiny details like radio chatter, overall graphic style. Thank you very much!

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

this game really reminds me of the addiction caused by Panzer General back in the day. while it's not a simulation, I've really enjoyed it more than the complicated games and it really has that 'just one more battle' factor. including the Winds of Change DLC, there is really a lot of content here to get that Cold War Goes Hot vibe.
I bought it, not my thing or yours if you like any kind of realism. How units can dive through fences/buildings like they not there definitely takes away any immersion/realism for me. Graviteam Tactics: Mius-Front was made in 2016, yet every tree, picket fence and building can be knocked down/blown up. This makes a big difference to your tactics and how you approach your objective, not to mention immersion. I don't understand how a RTS game in 2025 that put this much effort into visuals can over look this?!?! Total no no from me!! :(
Between WARNO and Broken Arrow, Regiments manages to outshine them both. Best of the genre if you enjoy the single player experience - Winds of Change is a must.
Game rules. Totally worth the price. Dunno what else to say. Well made + Microprose so get it while you got it. good.
It is very good strategy games. I like to play it , and new DLC is really good.
Good introductory game to RTT for newcomers, and the encyclopedia is very detailed. The downside is the lack of workshops and online modes.
Single player RTS with bots that are sufficiently challenging and fun. Late cold war setting gives interesting tactical challenges and opportunities. Platoon system gives a nice floor to micro-management. Task forces mid-skirmish help every game evolve differently and keeps the game fresh.
