Redout is by far one of my fav antigrav style games and as a returning player new to PC from the xbox side, I have say it plays beautifully by comparison, from visuals and especially the FPS. very satisfying to learn the tracks. I do believe that the second game is a fair bit easier than the first (the first game felt like driving on ice and so allot of corners had there own unique interactions based on speed, angle of approach, braking or not ect). The cockpit view from the 1st game is severely missed as it was my fav view point that did not feel like I am dragging my chin on the floor while being perfect for immersion, its a shame to not have it as an option. I think the campaign is a little long winded to say that you cant operate the slower ships regarding upgrades in multiplayer, but it is appreciated that it is for the purpose of track mastery. highly recommend this game if your into fast paced racing with allot of subtle skill expression

POSITIVE: This is way more fun to play than Wipeout or F-Zero, the game has nods to Anime like Neo Genesis Evangelion and Akira, and is probably the fastest visually next to Star Wars Episode I: Racer. Lots of customization options like ships, parts and paint schemed. NEGATIVE: No Multiplayer games found due to low community player count.
