Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 23 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It's pretty good, the mechanics feel solid... but it's not really a game for more casual fans of F-Zero and Wipeout. The cluttered, garish, indistinct visual overload has one track blending into the other and make the learning curve too steep for an occasional casual who wants to get to the challenge more quickly. I never had a sense of what track or world I was on, it's an intense visual soup and barrier to entry. Also the aesthetic upgrades were pointless and the livery changes/design of your vehicle are complete lost against the garish miasma of the tracks. Having said that... If you have the time and effort, then I imagine it can be really great. So it would be unfair to not recommend it.

Dobra gra dla takich którzy są aktywni i lubią zgiełk
Mega hodně mě to baví. Takhle má vypadat rychlá závodní hra!
Doesn't feel fun to control versus the first game, the emphasis on pushing boost until you're about to explode constantly is stressful rather than fun, getting four stars on some levels is nigh-impossible, and the landing system (where you have to move your finger off the left stick in order to rotate your ship) is just a pain, given you mostly get it right, but sometimes just completely miss and crash and have to restart. The hyper boost is slow and awkward versus the turbo boost in this game's predecessor, being slow, on a delay, and requiring a period of acceleration, versus being an instant burst of speed. Essentially, your ship controls nothing like the first game; where the original had more slippery, momentum-based physics based kind of around bouncing yourself off walls at the optimum angle to maintain speed, and strafing that felt kind of like Source movement in a way, this game makes everything feel a lot more rigid, and not in a good way. It feels like you're both capable of turning more sharply, but also not in control at the same time, if that makes sense. 5/10. Get Redout 1 instead. The Zardonic songs are pretty good though, but even the soundtrack is better in the first game.
i am speed.
Great sence of speed! Like the first one but with more levels and customosation option. Love it
Been missing Wipeout 2048, I still miss the weapons but I feel contempt
