About
Rebel Galaxy is a swashbuckling space adventure, with action-packed combat, exploration, discovery, trade, and “negotiation” with the outlandish denizens at the edge of the known universe.
As the commander of an immensely powerful star destroyer, you’ll battle pirates, explore anomalies, befriend aliens, scavenge battle wreckage, mine asteroids, and discover artifacts. Choose your path as a roguish do-gooder, crafty space-trader or power-hungry privateer – or maybe a little of each! Buy larger and more powerful craft with your hard-earned credits, and outfit them with a variety of wicked weapons and defenses. Set in a galaxy of fantastic sights, and secrets to be found, Rebel Galaxy is above all a space epic of adventure, exploration, and combat.
The edge of the universe is a pretty dangerous place, so watch your back.

Pirates in space effectively, fun naval-style combat with a lively world. Ships, characters, and weapons all look and feel really good to use. Amazing OST that makes every encounter all the more fun. Can get repetitive once you have reached the endgame and maxed weaponry, not too much replayability beyond siding with different factions (option of 2 but you can technically align with both and they only unlock some midtier ships)

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I played it for days or maybe weeks, but game is not fun. only 2-3 hour content in it, after some time, only repetetive quests are there. There are guilds, factions, but no point in them, they dont bring you any advantage at all, no divert story line. These factions and guilds just there. This game is no a space game in technical, for your movements, there is no 3rd axis, its like "pirates in ocean" type controls, your main weapon is broadside. You have to align your ship's starboard or port side fire your main weapon. There is small enemies called "fighters" they can move in 3rd axis. So if they go below your ship somehow, (in most of ships) there is only 1 turret below your ship, so this little mosquito friend of ours can become invicible and destroy your most beloved ship singlehandly. Side quests are in real mess, no logical availablebility, full random. -Your maximum cargo size is 20 for example but they offer you quests that require 30 or more cargo size. -You are doing mercenary guild quest for guild level to buy exclusive ship but your "mercanary guild quest" involves killing mercenary guild members, which is affecting your mercenary guild reputation harshly. -Your "friend" in your escort missions, can sometimes decide to pass through enemy pirate base, so our most beloved "friend" get stucks in base combat, you can destroy every enemy ship every turret in that area but not base itself (at least I still cant even after 20 hours.) so (s)he stuck attacking base forever. There is trade materials, cargo runs, search and recovers and minings for gameplay content. But all of them are false. You have to combat whatever you do. Do You just want to make chill cargo run with your "highly agile but ultimately short on weapons hauler type ship" ? no, its not possible with out fighting, just in time you arrive your destination base, it gets attacked suddenly. If you dont have upper level shields, engine and booster, they will it you alive. you cannot escape from them easily, after some time in game all enemies using "leech" missile, which is inherits your engines and shields. So many negative commends from my side but I played the game for 20 hours somehow, I am between dropping the game and just seeing end, not so sure. But it made me play 20 hours at least, there is always respect for every effort make. So thats why I just give recommend. TL; DR Game is not worth 20 usd at all.
Gods this game is fun. Love the combat. Love the characters. Feels like a wild west in space. But gods damn it why can't I keep Trell at the end of the game? She's the only character we get enough of a background on to get attached to, and she's forced to leave at the end. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ now I can't continue.
I have 100% the game and it was a really fun time to me, enjoyed it very much. Very big shoutout to the risky but unique choice of music for a space game like Rebel Galaxy, I probably loved that the most and wish more space themed games did that.
