Ray of Light

It is supposed to be a survival horror game ... To be honest this is really bad. I had no idea what to do in this game, my light stops working all the time and objectives seem to be at random. Enduring this for 15 minutes was enough.

This is yet another short, and cheap, horror game made with Unity by an indie dev. It looks to be his first game, and it is not bad for what it is. It does not even pretend to have any kind of story. It is just a quick "[i]collect-things-while-avoiding-a-monster[/i]" game. You start out driving up an overgrown dirt driveway. Your car is almost out of gas, and you hope the people who live here can give you some spare gas. When you first see the house, it looks old and in disrepair. The front door is boarded up, but there are some lights on. This first impression definitely gives off vibes of the original '[b]Texas Chainsaw Massacre[/b]' movie. Graphics are a little clunky-looking, but decent. The voice acting is horrible. I would not classify this as a horror game at all. There is no fear, no suspense, and just one cheap jump-scare. The things you need to collect are a kerosene lamp, lamp oil, a pair of bolt cutters, and a flare gun. These things are all easily found out in the open, such as laying on tables and sitting on the ground. The game is done in first-person view. The controls are simple. The keyboard only has walk, talk, interact with stuff, refill lamp oil, and charge flare gun. The mouse only has move camera, break the mannequin, and shoot flare gun. The game is short, and meant to be completed in one session, so there are no manual saves. However, there is one checkpoint before the finale. It should only take you between 25 to 35 minutes to complete the game. Then you will probably spend spend another 15 to 20 minutes running around in the hunting grounds, which is a built-in ([i]but never completed[/i]) DLC, before you get bored with that. There are no trading cards, but there are five achievements. However, the achievements do not count on your Profile. There are no puzzles to solve here, even though that seems pretty typical for the horror game genre these days. Once you get all of the achievements, there is no replayability either. The game ran perfectly fine. I experienced no glitches. Finally, a word of advice... use your kerosene lamp very sparingly. Your lamp oil only lasts for a few minutes, then you will need to go find more.

[h1] Вступление [/h1] Не часто сталкиваюсь с хоррорами, особенно с инди проектами,но эту игру удалось основателно пощупать. Не стоит ждать от этого проекта чего-то сверхъестественного, игра немного угловатая, и скорее напоминает демо-версию, как вступление в более масштабный проект, т.к. очень короткая,но все же со своей отдельной небольшой историей. [h1] Немного об игре [/h1] Вся завязка начинается с того,что в машине заканчивается бензин,и вы останавливаетесь возле дома,чтобы добыть топливо. Далее начинается сплошное сумасшествие: монстр, кровь, жуткий манекен и темнота,она облепляет со всех сторон, давит и заставляется замирать при каждом шорохе. Единственное спасение от нее - это свет ,свет в лампе и в доме,только так можно спастись. Несмотря на то, что я был готов к пугающим моментам, первые несколько смертей было до жути страшно. Потом конечно привыкаешь к происходящему вокруг и уже просто сосредотачиваешься на прохождении, хотя атмосфера все равно остается гнетущей. Сама игра предполагает выполнение ряда повторяющихся действий,и следую подсказкам проходится довольно легко. Важно в самом начале обследовать все комнаты в доме,и вообще посмотреть где что находится, так будет проще сориентироваться ,если не получится пройти игру в первого раза. Помимо основной игры,есть небольшое DLC, где можно почувствовать себя в роли охотника, правда режим этот бесконечный,и монстры в итоге славно отужинают. [h1] Вместо концовки [/h1] Несмотря на то,что игра довольно коротенькая и неказистая с виду, но все любители хорроров наверняка оценят ее. Всем,кто еще не осваивал этот жанр, можно порекомендовать этот небольшой проект, чтобы пощупать страшилки. Korku oyunları son zamanlarda epey rövanşta bunu herkes biliyor. Korku oyunları furyasını başlatan ilk isim her ne kadar penumbra ve amnesia olsa da yakın oyun piyasasının bilinen yüzü Outlasttır. Outlast gerçekten bu çıkışı herkese yaşattı ve kendisini zirvede bıraktı. Daha sonra önüne gelen korku oyunu yaptı veya yapmayı denedi. Steamdaki oyun listesinde sürüyle bulabilirsiniz bu oyunlardan. Haa korkarmısınız ama onu bilemem. Bu oyunda o listede kalmış tamamen indie erken erişim benzeri oyunlardan. Deli gibi karanlık bir evde habire ışık bulmaya çalıştığımız rus aksanıyla konuşan bir oyuncunun gözünden oynadığımız aşırı gereksiz korku öğelerinin olduğu bir oyun olmuş. Игра хорошая.От крутого автора уроков по unity.Ну ладно, игра полностья окупает себя своими ощущениями и этими концовками.Всем советую пройти!

Замечательно, даже нормально вышло, молодцы разработчики.

Игра для тех кто не хочет особо долго бегать, и проходить долго сюжет, купил по скидке, данная игра представляет собой ходьбу, собирания предметов, и немного хоррора, проходится буквально за 40-50 минут, чем-то похожа на аутласт но не так прям страшно как там, к покупке советую, взял и не пожалел игрой доволен. И так теперь итог: Эмоции 9/10 Хоррор 8/10 Атмосфера 10/10 Звуки 10/10 Управление 10/10 Она очень лёгкая даже для новичков, чтобы понять нужно буквально поиграть минуты 2-3)
