Rats, Bats, and Bones

An extremely solid Tower Defense game with a charming spooky art style and soundtrack. Each level feels like an open ended puzzle, and the game really rewards getting creative with maze design. The difficulty ramps up fast so the game provides sufficient challenge, but experimentation can feel somewhat limited with upgrades having a limited number of refunds for trying out different traps, and there only being so many ways to grind for more silver. That said, I've had a great time with it thus far, and it makes for a perfect chill game to play during spooky season.

Brilliant game, the soundtrack is great it reminds me of Danny Baranowsky . The 8 bit pixel style is nice and consistent it actually looks like an 8 bit game (with 32 bit music) but is faster and has lots of sprites onscreen at once. It is a very good strategic tower defence game. The most similar game I have played to it is Dungeon Warfare 1. This has less realistic physics but better sound and story. If you have only played modern 3D games you might not understand the point of this, but if you grew up playing the classics you will enjoy it. If this had been released for the Amiga or P.C in the early 1990s it would be considered legendary.
