La carrière oblige à démarrer avec une vieiile mini ou une Golf 1. Et c'est franchement l'ennui. Et passé une grosse demi-heure, j'ai pas envie de poursuivre pour voir si c'est un peu moins ennuyant avec une voiture à peine meilleure, et bis repetita dans l'espoir qu'au bout de 4-5h un soupçon de plaisir dans la conduite pointe son nez.

I think I am refunding that one. So I don't like how this game handles progression. You have to progress through first obtaining a license to drive a class of cars, which takes a lot of time and starts with the most boring cars. Then at group A the physics get actually interesting a bit, probably the most out of the indie rally games that often get recommended here, but at this point I haven't had enough with the game to ascertain whether I would like to continue. From what I've experienced: the stage design seems to be at least fine, physics somewhat resemble Dirt Rally, but I'd have much preferred to be able to experience more of what the game has to offer in the first 2 hours (they have been really repetitive with time attack stages). Just keep that in mind when trying this game out. If you are starved for more Rally, this one might be worth trying for you.

In this episode I try a genre ive not covered before on the channel, racing, with Rally Arcade Classics. This game developed and published by NETK2 Games, and is their first title on Steam. Rally Arcade Classics is throwback to the golden age of racing games, inspired by titles like Sega Rally and Daytona USA, immersing the player in the exciting fast paced world of Rally Racing. In addition to the Campaign mode, the player will compete in a huge range of events including Time Attacks, Rallys and Drift Competitions. Youll need to master dozens of tracks accross the world, competing to make it to the top of the leaderboard as you battle different weather conditions like rain and snow. With each victory you'll earn money, which can be used to purchase more powerful cars, working your way through the ranks to become the best Rally Driver. Rally Arcades biggest strength is in the masterful implementation of the racing mechanics, providing the perfect mix between a racing simulation game and an arcade experience that will appeal to newer players. The games excellent controls, huge array of race types and events, cars to collect and daily challenges ensures that player will enjoy many hours of rally racing goodness. While im not a racing conneseur, in my humble opinion I believe that this one of the most engaging and accessible racing experiences youll find on steam. I highly recommend it. Not recommended. The tracks are very short , with little interest . Also, the cars drive in an unatural way, most notably on the decelaration aspect.

Consigliato. Non lo pagherei 20 euro, ma per meno di dieci euro trovo che sia il migliore della sua categoria (giochi di rally indie).

Dizem que o diabo mora nos detalhes. Rally Arcade Classics realmente se esforça. Os carros estão todos aqui. Os circuitos são baseados nas etapas mais icônicas do Mundial. A pegada Arcade de "easy to learn, hard to master" tenta dar as caras. Porém, ficou faltando alguma coisa. A sensação de falta de polidez é constante. Os menus são pobres, os modelos dos carros poderiam ser melhores, a direção não é tão fluída assim. O maior problema, no entanto, é a progressão. A sério: são horas fazendo missões entediantes com carros básicos até ter o gostinho de pilotar o clone de um Stratos ou de um Celica. O jogo tem mais de mil estrelas pra coletar. Fica tão empolgante quanto corrigir trabalho de faculdade com 100 páginas de "encheção de linguiça". Eu queria recomendar esse jogo. Você vê que tem uma dose de esforço, de paixão dos desenvolvedores aqui. Mas não dá. Sega Rally parece sofrer da mesma sina que F-Zero: ninguém parece conseguir reproduzir com perfeição a magia do original.
