About
You are a slugcat. The world around you is full of danger, and you must face it – alone. Separated from your family in a devastating flood, you will need to find food and shelter between terrifying torrential downpours which threaten to drown all life. Climb through the ruins of an ancient civilization, evade the jaws of vicious predators, and discover new lands teeming with strange creatures and buried mysteries. Find your family before something makes a meal of you!
Inspired by the simplicity and aesthetics of 16-bit classics, this survival platformer requires clever decision-making, both to catch your own prey and to avoid the jaws of hungry predators. Each ravenous foe in your path will be cunning, vicious and always on the hunt – eager to sink their teeth into you, or even each other. As a small, soft slugcat you must rely on stealth and wit rather than force: learn the ecosystem and turn their strengths to your advantage. Maybe then you can survive… Rain World!

This, Truly, is a game about defying expectations. You enter, and the first thing you notice, is that it's different. It is a 2d platformer, yes, but it just feels... different. You continue. You start to get used to the controls. It teaches you what is safe, and what is not. And then it takes it's teachings, and turns them against you; A wild world, constantly evolving, striving not to starve, and your the next meal of most any creature that takes the fancy. It forces you to watch, to pay attention, to give your surroundings your undivided attention; And then you notice, how truly beautiful the world around you is. Then, you start to get into the story; It has taught you all it can of the present, and it is time to teach you of this world's past. And no one moment feels like the last. Truly, one of the best games of all time; All I can ask is that you give it some patience. Pretty much anyone who has beaten this game will tell you that the first couple hours were the hardest, and that they almost quit. I would tell you the same. Play it your way, give it time, let yourself lean in and learn. Take in your surroundings, and don't let them take in you instead. Thanks, Andrew.
the yellow robot that guides you always glitches and started making u go in a loops , eventually you will give up and go looking for a guide online to see where to go to beat the game , it always glitches at the same points and it happened to me on both ps4 and pc , and its still happening even in the DLC , other than the that the game was and still one of the most unique and engaging games that i have ever played , i never felt so primal ever till i played rainworld , its 10/10 without the glitches and sadly a 7 or maybe a 6 with it
