Looks like an okay game, however not playable with just a mouse. Sadly there is no option for an informational review. You have to control the train with the keyboard which I'm unable to use. I normally don't write reviews on games but I have always wanted a train game like this. Out of all of the train games that I have played in my life time this is the best so far. The way you collect cargo with the cranes is outstanding. Most train games do not have a loading animation. Nice job! You are amazing at making games. I would love to see more types of train cars, locomotives, and cargo because this game as amazing potential to be the best train game in the world. Even though it already is the best game. I highly recommend this game to all train fans like me. Keep up the good work developer.

Ця гра мене несподівано вразила. Я ще не готовий написати розгорнутий відгук, однак не хочу щоб вона потонула в безодні. Примітивна графіка відштовхує, дуже прості перші рівні також не сприяють її розкриттю. Але далі...гра стає вже значно цікавішою. Завдання стають не такими вже й простими і буває, що у процесі виконання виявляєш, що треба ще щось зробити, щоб виконати основне завдання, а ресурсів вже обмаль. Локомотиви споживають паливо, яке потрібно їм дати. Для роботи заводів, місто має бути забезпечене товарами, інакше люди порозбігаються і працювати буде нікому. Залізниця і споруди будуються за очки ресурсів, які треба виготовити на відповідних заводах, куди потрібно доставити сировину. Все це загалом перекриває недоліки гри. Провів вже майже 9 годин у грі, але ще не пройшов і половини кампанії. І з часом стало навіть цікавіше.
It was something to do. And, it was on sale. Really, it reminded me of some good times when my son and I would mess around with his Thomas the Train collection. Layout and connect track and building sets. So many years later, yes, he still has his collection, but it rarely sees the light of day. Not that this would replace those sets, but it can come close. I did buy a copy for my son too. Regular updates and Interface improvement will be great. In the meantime, Happy Railroading!
This game has a lot of potential but it has some major problems that need to be addressed before I can recommend it. Firstly allow for re-keybinding, the default controls are weird. Secondly you can derail your train by approaching a wye turned the wrong way. You can also derail your train by driving through the back wall of the train depot. I would also recommend just getting rid of the fuel level altogether. I believe this game is going for the 'relaxing' vibe, but the fuel burns through so fast that you're constantly staring at the meter just hoping you can complete the mission before you run out.
i just nominated this for the Steam "Sit Back and Relax" Award. I think the developer's continued efforts and resulting product deserve some special recognition. The game can be played at a leisurely pace, and in my opinion can be played both by thinking adults and clever kids -- indeed, by those who like trains and an opportunity to create and solve. I've already given this game a positive review, months ago. This is an edit, hoping that the game will get a nomination.
DON'T JUDGE THIS GAME BY THE TOY LIKE GRAPHICS! If you're a train fan and like the idea of a model train set style game with a purpose, this is it! You're not sitting idly by watching trains go brrr though in this game, you have to drive them yourself when moving resources from A to B while managing your resources. There is autopilot, but it doesn't stop unless you tell it too, so watch out for crashes! Physics wise it does look and feel more like a model train set than full size. Acceleration and stopping is faster like a model, but it does have weight and your cargo is physical too and can fall out. There are 18 Scenarios and it's taken me more than 20 hours just to do 16 of them. Some of them are more like puzzles with limited space, others are resource puzzles. The first 5 or so are more like tutorials, and I advise you play them before going into Free Build. The more I play these scenarios, the more I realize just how much deeper this game gets, and it's very deep! I can foresee a sprawling train network with many towns and cities and dozens upon dozens of products and resources to ship around in Free Play. Overall there is a decent amount of gameplay here for your money. Yes it's rough around the edges graphics wise and I spotted a few typos and a glitch, but there's nothing game breaking. It's currently 50% off making it an absolute bargain.
Fun puzzle style so far where you have to be able to achieve a resource build objective on each map with so many limited resources for track building and the like. A free build mode exists for those with delusions of grandeur or who can build better resource collection systems than I can. Graphics are simplistic but not bad and the gameplay is fun for a first day release.
Nice game, easy to pick up, not complex, you will have to experiment and make mistakes to learn, I have enjoyed it, the time flies. The graphics might be simple but it sort of fits with the game play.
