This shouldn't have left early access - what a joke. There are many early access games that are much farther in development than this. The visuals are nice and it seems well optimized but it's another typical zombie survival + crafting game with no soul. You spawn as a soldier in the middle of a wilderness-like area...then you just survive as many nights as you can. It's pretty dismal. The gunplay is decent but it's not enough to make the game stand out. The character animations are pretty ugly for a game featuring a third person camera. Imagine a t-rex holding an axe and trying to swing it. Your character can go prone but you can't crawl forwards or backwards, but you can still jump (bounce a foot off the ground while on your stomach)...that kind of speaks for the unfinished, unpolished state this game is in. The game has left EA, so you're buying a "finished" product with nothing more than the developer's promise to add more content and fix gameplay. Forget it. Save your money.
pros zombies crafting 3rd person variety of weapons base building cons no pause zombies instantly hit when they are too close audio on zombies and bgm needs improving harvesting animations are pretty bad harvesting wood for your base takes too long. no players to help build the base night falls too fast. not enough time. this game is pretty awesome. it has all the right ingredients and with some support and the right updates and a couple of easy fixes this could be an excellent play, so give it a chance its only 15 bucks. support it so it can continue to be developed and become GREAT. dont just pass this up!

Looked like a fun game for friends. if it actually ran properly it might be. How this is concidered out of Beta is beyond me. so much is broken in it still. Graphics settings are buggy, MP games launches are hit and miss and often just end in a black screen. No settings to disable in game voice. Best example of testing valve's refund policy i have bought in a while.
I didn't expect too much but damn this game is way over my expectations, And I will keep it to see how it progresses! +Graphics "Max settings and it looks really good, the nights are waaay to dark atm tho" +Runs good "Max settings i7 6700k - Gtx 1070 - SSD, locked to 62-fps and never dips down 1 fps" +Plays good "Smooth and responsive gameplay" +/-Sounds good "Weapons are kind of similar sounding but OK, explosions are very good & zombies sounds creepy" BUT zombies need to make more sounds/footsteps when moving! +Map design "Nice forests/snow areas, small towns & buildings to walk into and loot" +/-Weapons "They feel good yes, but I would like a bit more kick to them so you don't spray away all ammo in a few sec" +Crafting "Straightforward & Easy to understand, functional & fun crafting system!" +Co-op/Solo "Really fun and exciting solo/co-op to try and survive as long as possible in, but best experience is in coop ofc, can host servers yourself" I got this during a sale for 9,74€ and it is totally worth it, not sure about 14,99€ though.. P.S developers!! Get some dedicated servers up & running, at least two 64-player servers in EU & NA to start with until the game becomes more popular.
INTRO:
Radline: Quarantine is an action-packed, cooperative, zombie horde shooter, and It delivers on that niche at every front. There's a very dark, creepy tone to the game, leaving you uneasy as you blast your way through waves of the undead. You also have the standard weapon crafting, and base building which doesn't sound all too interesting, but it's pretty unique for this style of game to have those features, in my opinion. The game is quite difficult, which I like. It will certainly fill that niche for sadomasochistic players.
PROS:
+ Very nice, creepy art style, and awesome graphics. + Weapon crafting, and base building + Difficult gameplay + Very satisfying to kill zombies + Weapons feel great, and are a real blast to use. + Run incredibly well on my PC
CONS:
- Buggy - Repetitive
TL;DR:
Radline: Quarantine is a great game that is worth your time, and money. I would highly recommend it to anyone who's interested in zombie horde shooters.
RATING:
A Solid 8/10
so many issues i tried fixing my resolution and it just closed my game tried opening it bavk up wouldnt work so i chose to restart my pc then it worked but it became so buggy and glitchy untill finall it closed my game agian i wasted 15 dollars on this i want a refund
Where do I start? Like so many games these days, very little attention paid to diverse game mechanics and/or game goals and quests. Seriously ..... Devs you could at least provide players with ways to customise the controls ?? Ohh, and I note that it took you forever to fix a routine bug in your opening menu screen. Sad thing is you have made this quite a challenging game by nature but not allowed players to easily customise their user interface for that challenging gameplay. The game itself seems well optimised and the graphics all fit very nicely for this type of game. Absolutely NO ONE is online playing this game. All this hard work and no concept of what makes a game good?? By the time you try to switch weapons or try to build a secure base the zombie hoardes have eaten you when the heat is on. Absolutely kills the game in my honest opinion. If you gave players more user interface options that allowed them to change weapons or select items easier and balanced the gameplay a little better the game might be improved!
The lobby feature would not work, and there are no servers. My friend and I both made lobbies and saw them, but the connect button did nothing for either of us. Oddly, there is also no option to assign keys. The game looks very rushed. Do not buy.
Update: Please Note that this Review was made when i was just a player and now that im a dev im simply updating this to state that i am now a dev but this was a review when i was just a player Game is still be developed so please remember this while buying this ive played this game and i love it so far the dev is only by him self and he could use more support for the future if he desides to make games and ill give a list of the stuff i like about the game pros base build active dev coop pve cons this game is only deved by one person the game needs more content and hits are somewhat unfair as they are not targeted
