[h2]🤝 Co-op: perché certe sofferenze vanno condivise[/h2] Alcuni obiettivi richiedono un compagno perché gli sviluppatori hanno deciso che la disperazione è più bella se vissuta in compagnia. È il classico momento in cui chiami un amico e gli dici: “Vieni, ti faccio vedere un gioco bellissimo.” E poi lo condanni a un pomeriggio di traumi. [h2]💸 Prezzo pieno? Solo se sei un vero credente[/h2] Diciamolo con ironia ma sincerità: R-Type Dimensions EX a prezzo pieno è un affare solo se: • hai giocato l’originale • hai nostalgia degli anni ’90 • ti piace soffrire • ti emozioni davanti a un Force Pod come fosse un cimelio di famiglia Se invece sei un giocatore moderno che vuole “contenuti”, “longevità”, “accessibilità”… meglio aspettare uno sconto. Uno sconto grosso. Tipo “miracolo di fine stagione”. [h2]🌟 Il lato positivo (sì, c’è davvero)[/h2] Ironia a parte, Dimensions EX fa una cosa benissimo: ti restituisce R-Type esattamente come lo ricordavi… ma più fluido, più pulito, più bello da vedere. La possibilità di passare da grafica classica a moderna è una chicca. Il feeling è intatto. La difficoltà è quella giusta: brutale, ma giusta. E quando superi un livello senza morire, ti senti invincibile. È un gioco che non ti regala niente, ma ti ripaga con orgoglio. E questo, oggi, è raro. [h2]⭐ Conclusione: un piccolo gioiello… per chi sa cosa sta comprando[/h2] R-Type Dimensions EX è come una reliquia sacra: non è per tutti, non è economica, non è moderna. And when you clear a stage without dying, you feel invincible. It's a game that gives you nothing for free, but rewards you with pride. And nowadays, that's rare. But it's for those who lived through the original, for those who loved the Master System, the PC Engine, and played them relentlessly back in 1990 like I did, and, for those who consider R-Type a part of their gaming childhood... R-Type is a return home. A home filled with lasers, biomechanical aliens, and carefully restrained profanity. Final verdict? Slightly positive. Yes. Because the game is absurd, cruel, and old-school... but also wonderfully, unmistakably R-Type.

I always liked R-Type I, II. They did a good job with remastering this I can't see any faults here, if you're a fan of shooters like this it's worth it.

r-type 1 & 2 are glorious shmups and this port is great

It's a fabulous game. Fabulously hard, but very, very rewarding.

Ich pack dann mal lieber wieder die SNES aus... Einen älteren Controller (USB SNES) zum Laufen zu bringen ist nur über Umwege möglich, ich musste x360ce nutzen. Spiel wurde leider im Unity Müll umgesetzt ohne Config Files. Teils einfach zu schnell, strikte 50/60 FPS Begrenzung wäre klasse. (klar würde über die nvidia/amd software gehen, ist aber nervig) Es fehlen grundlegende Auflösungen für die heutige Zeit.

I can't believe this soundtrack album comes with a free game. Joking aside, this is a pair of classic shoot em ups that are so hard, that the default recommended way to play is with a new game mode that gives you infinite lives. These games are super fun, but also they are that classic "arcade-hard" where it wanted to take your quarters. Still really enjoyable, especially when switching from the classic games to the 3d remakes mid-gameplay. Only buy if you are an arcade/shmup enthusiast.

１は今やっても良く出来てると思う、２は雑な作りだなぁと思う。 グラフィックがボタン一つで切り替えられるが、ドット以外興味無いのでどうでもいい。 ボタンコンフィグがＡＢＸＹしか変更出来ない。 通常モードとインフィニティモードがあって、インフィニティは死んでもゲームが止まらず、永遠にその場復活するというだらだら進むだけの達成感ゼロモード。 巻き戻し無し、どこでもセーブ無しで、何度も同じ所を遊びたくても遊べないのでやる気が失せる。 頼むからレトロゲー移植は Bitwave Games, Toaplanに全部任せて欲しい。 で、イメージファイトはまだか？

R-Type I: Un juego retro-arcade de los pioneros en el género y bastante adictivo, con una historia muy simple y una dificultad desafiante, los diseños de enemigos así como la ambientación de los niveles es bastante memorable, y donde morir te puede costar toda la partida justo como la vieja escuela. Calificación: 8/10 R-Type II: Se siente como una "copia/versión alternativa" del primero donde sólo rediseñaron a los enemigos haciéndolos algo diferentes pero con mecánicas bastante similares y en lo único que destaca en comparación con su predecesor es en la parte visual de la versión 2D y los nuevos power ups, y aunque el juego no es malo per se; se siente como más de lo mismo. Calificación: 5/10
