About
Queen's Cards is a satisfying roguelike deck-building defense game where you defend your territory using passive and active cards.
Gameplay Styles
While playing Queen's Cards, you can choose your preferred playstyle. You can strengthen your economy to plan ahead, rely on your soldiers to build your deck accordingly, prioritize tower defense, or focus more on spells.
Deck Building
Queen's Cards gives you 3 cards at the end of each wave. Additionally, a store screen opens. The cards in the store are updated after each turn. Here, you select passive cards to determine your playstyle and unlock permanent buffs. By combining these permanent buffs, you can deal incredibly satisfying damage.
Building Your Territory
Building towers and structures in your territory is a great way to defend. The game provides you with specific areas to build, and you strategically decide which builds to create in these areas.
Tower Enhancements
Some of the towers you build have skill trees. This allows you to grant unique skills to those towers. Additionally, with your passive card deck, you can equip towers with amazing skills and combos.
Economy Management
To take advantage of opportunities in the store at the end of each turn and to draw or destroy cards when you're struggling during the game, you'll need plenty of gold. Therefore, managing your economy is crucial.

it has an incredible potential but really rough around the edges right now. a lot of qol is missing, there are some questionable design choices, some towers are way better than the others and the enemy scaling is off the charts. also, i guess the skills don't work since they deal literally zero damage. it may be because i used them in later stages. even though i've counted lot of negative things, it's still a fun little game. i guess i'll keep it and play every now and then.
masterclass.
A fresh and passionate take on tower defense. With the right support, it could reach even greater success.
I was not too impressed with the initial demo when it was first released. However, before I got round to deleting the demo I decided to do a check on subsequent updates (if any). More than pleasantly surprised with the number of updates and their quality. We now have a pretty good Tower Defense title with the promise of more to come. Plenty to think about and strategise. Glad I waited!!
I didn’t expect to enjoy this as much as I did. The game is really easy to get into, but once you start playing, you realize there's way more depth than it first seems. There are lots of cards, and the way you build your deck actually matters. You can play in completely different ways each time. I love that it doesn't force you to take every upgrade — sometimes skipping a card or a slot is the smart move. That kind of decision-making adds a cool layer of strategy. The economy system and how it powers up your towers? Really well done. And the fact that you can't just stick to one path because waves come in unpredictable ways — that keeps it exciting. It's still in Early Access, but honestly? I only ran into one tiny bug and it didn’t affect gameplay at all. Smooth experience overall. If you’re into tower defense or deckbuilding games (or both), give this one a shot. It’s a clever mix and super satisfying to play. Big shoutout to the dev — awesome job!
Of all the new games that have come out recently this might be the best game ive played. Even though it's in early access, I think it's good and worth buying.
Even though it is in early access i think it is the best among the tower defense games, it is a game with a lot of potential
There are very few games that combine card mechanics and tower defense this enjoyably. The visuals are simple yet stylish, and the gameplay is highly addictive. Choosing new cards after each wave and upgrading towers feels really satisfying. Perfect for strategy lovers. Even though it’s still in Early Access, the balance is already quite solid. Kudos to the dev team — I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys this genre. I’ll be keeping an eye on future updates!
yessssss
The game combines card mechanics with a simple tower defense concept. You build towers using cards to stop monsters that move along a fixed path. There are different cards for soldiers, towers, and tower upgrades, which adds a layer of strategy without being too complex. Overall, it offers a straightforward and enjoyable gameplay experience for players who like tactical card-based games.
