Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Understanding the fundamental logic that governs our Universe and learning how to harness it with quantum computers is one of the most powerful skills of the 21st century. It shouldn't belong to a select few.
This non-linear, story-driven open-ended puzzle universe runs on the actual laws of of quantum physics. This game respects your intelligence and its complexity ranges from fully guided tutorials designed for absolute beginners to brutal quantum-algorithm puzzles that takes days to solve and asynchronous PvP battles where anything can happen. Every mechanic, story beat, and puzzle trains real, in-demand skills used in Quantum Information Science.
This decade-long project is developed by the scientists behind the key papers that defined "Quantum Literacy." It is a research-backed game that teaches counterintuitive quantum thinking the way humans learn best: quietly in the background, while you’re immersed in an addictive, fully interactive sandbox. NO AI was used at any stage of its development or in the writing; we stand firmly against the use of generative AI in any creative work.
100+ hours of content: 70+ modules, 500+ visual puzzles, 300+ pages of interactive encyclopedia
Asynchronous PvP: hack other players creations, make content, climb zachlike leaderboards
Full sandbox mode: build any classical or quantum system, import to visualize any algorithm
Boolean logic: bits, classical operators, adders and how to port to quantum equivalents
Turing-complete quantum logic: qubits, complex numbers, linear algebra, custom gates
All phenomena: superposition, interference, entanglement, measurement effects, noise
All techniques: phase kickback, amplitude amplification, phase-to-signal retrieval
Famous Algorithms: Deutsch–Jozsa, Bernstein–Vazirani, Grover’s Search, QFT
Everything is learned from scratch, in full detail, through gameplay alone. This goes deeper than classes, textbooks, or exercises ever could because you are free to interact in any way you please with the quantum phenomena you learn.
Finish the game and you'll be able to separate quantum hype from reality, know where quantum computing excels at (and where it doesn't), read field papers with confidence, form your own informed views on the technology. Most importantly, you will be able to design and think up your own quantum algorithms for any problem you choose. The industry desperately needs people from diverse backgrounds to think of new solutions. This game equips you to be one of them.

👍 Recommended I received a key for Quantum Odyssey through Keymailer and decided to check it out during Steam Programming Fest. This is definitely one of those games where you can tell there’s a lot more going on under the surface than you might expect at first. If you enjoy programming, logic, problem-solving, and figuring things out through experimentation, there’s a lot here to dig into. I especially liked that it doesn’t feel like you’re just following instructions and clicking through a programming tutorial. You actually have to think about what you’re doing, experiment, and work through the problems yourself. That can also mean there’s a learning curve, especially if programming isn’t something you’re already familiar with. Overall, I think Quantum Odyssey is a really interesting concept and worth checking out if programming/puzzle games are your thing. I didn’t play it on Steam Deck, where it is Steam Deck Verified, but it’s a nice bonus since I’m usually on my steam deck when I’m relaxing. I made a full YouTube gameplay/review video showing what the game is actually like for anyone who wants to see it in action before jumping in.

I started the program for the first time and clicked in the upper right corner of the screen to look at the player profile (I named myself something hilarious of course!) But now it’s permanently stuck there. I clicked on "Campaign" and the game tried to start, but I couldn't see anything because the frozen profile was still hanging over the screen. I pressed every key on my keyboard, waited a while, pressed every key again, threw plastic fruit at the keyboard, let my sister's cat walk across and lie down on it, then gave up and had to force-quit the game via keyboard shortcut just to get back to the desktop. I've only played this game for 30 seconds, haven't even made it past the menu, and I've already burned almost two whole calories! I'm completely out of breath and I think I even broke a bit of a sweat and had to wipe my forehead with a dirty cocktail napkin that was within reach. Two whole calories is a lot of energy expenditure for a NEET like myself! This game could be used in place of Ozempic.
Fun, educational, and difficult game. There are a few qol changes and customization options that I think should be implemented before full release, but the dev is very active in taking feedback while in early access.
Love it. I already knew some basics and still only now understood them intuitively. This game really does a great job at building intuition without needing the math language typically associated with quantum computing. Will update once further in
Spannendes und interessantes Spiel für Menschen, die Lust auf das Feld der Quantencomputer haben :D Eines der besten Edutainment-Spielen, die ich bisher gespielt habe!
As someone who just had the SMALLEST of fundementals of quantum computing in my head, this game made me unserstand a lot more whilst giving a strong visual system for the things i already knew
Nice !
This is easily a 10/10 puzzle game and I look forward to playing through its continued EA development. I started playing it having prior knowledge of quantum computing and quantum mechanics, and found it to be a brilliant adaptation of real world problems in a way that anyone could attempt to solve them and build an understanding. The one thing I would love to see would be a way to port the solutions you create to Qiskit or similar for those nerdy enough to want to experiment and extend their experience with real tools, but that is neither here nor there with the experience of playing. For anyone wishing to challenge their brain and think about the world in a way most have not: play this game!
Quantum gate puzzle game. Only for big brains, but not bad. Chess meets Tetris.
