Unfortunately, on my machine the game runs horribly. Averaging 15 FPS on lowest settings. In terms of gameplay, the intro is very long taking about 1.5 hours to get a ship. Most of the quests in the beginning are just fetch quests with zero gameplay (drive to A, get this, bring it back). I cannot say for quests after the intro chapter. The potential is there but without proper optimization and a more interesting intro/tutorial, I will give this game a negative review.
It started well and has since really improved in features and gameplay. Recommended.
the game is a beast! Graphics from Star Citizen, buildings' interior design from Starfield. Definetely the best coop/offline spacesim for current year. It took all the best features of Star Citizen: manual control of everything, low TTK, death penalty, ship hangar, day night cycle, hundred of settings.
Looking good so far. It's gonna be a great game.
For $20 I cannot recommend this pre-release game. It's pre-release game should be free to play since it's buggy/janky enough that it really is not worth putting much time into. The flight mechanics, instant death from nowhere, drop an item and can't retrieve it. I can go on and on with bugs and missing features, but it really is not worth it to play unless you just like to bang your head against a wall for fun.
ok, the concept is great... im a big fan of space games of this type.... can't recommend at its current state. I getting 20-30fps on the lowest setttings... optimization is just not there at all. very very buggy. looking forward to future updates and see what happens.
After lowering the graphics to Medium level all is working again, The Game is worth the time, Money and effort put into it, Over all it's a Great and entertaining Game.
This game wil be big. Buying this game will be an investment
tried the game since it was on sale, I am refunding because over the course of half an hour of gameplay I encountered three bugs that have made the game not worth it, first it hit a fatal error on the initial shader compile, then it wouldn't let me interact with the first non tutorial quest target, and finally it spawned an enemy on the surface in what I thought was a safe zone, I will consider trying it again if it gets worked on some more and goes on sale again
