10/10, would have drunk pilot think controls were hacked because he was flying the ship upside down again.

Game has unintuitive UI and no real tutorial. The button labelled "Academy" appears to potentially be a tutorial but when I click it the screen just freezes. It also seems as though the devs may have moved on from this game which would be unfortunate since it doesn't appear to be complete.
I do recommend this game, with caveats*. It is a good co-op ship simulator and leads to some very great stories. As others have mentioned, I feel it gets close to being something really great but doesn't quite leave atmosphere. The pieces are there, though. My issues are this, you really need 4-5 people to get the full experience (I have not had success with the bots). Some of the roles feel lackluster with moments of greatness, but you may find yourself stuck being idle until something starts to happen. A lot of the UI and how you interface with the ship is not great, and the mission/events are either comically easy or impossibly difficult. If you know 3-4 other people that would be down for some Star Trek-esque gameplay that yeah it would be worth jumping on this. If not, then its a much harder sell.
This is the best crew-based PvE game in space I've ever played. There are others that are good, but PULSAR: Lost Colony is truly head and shoulders above the rest. Each role is interesting and important and the synergies between them are what bring the ship and the shared experience to life.
human rights don't exist to our captain neither do pay raises
A game that could of, but didn't
So much potential to be a much better game, but it is obvious a dev looked at the early 2000's and thought "Yeah, I can put less effort into developing a game than they did" I know the game has a following, personally I don't see why. No quality to it. U.I is awful and that sentiment goes for every aspect. sfx, spfx, story, mechanics, etc, all awful. If you play this in VR or Mouse and keyboard, none of it is worth playing.
Very close to being an incredible game, BUT The ai crewmembers are dumb as hell. Crappy pathfinding, unable to navigate many missions and situations There seems to be some sort of huge bug with saving and loading. Talent points disappear, and are unable to be re-spent unless you travel to one of the re-spec points. Very annoying if you aren't close. If you defeat a boss and die before saving, when you reload the boss will stay dead, despite you having not defeated them that save or gotten the loot. The races aren't so much cool as they are clunky. Tight corners that the ship physics force you to take a 5kph, even with the best upgraded thrusters.
Amazing game, one of the best games I played in a few years. I really enjoyed this game. I won't say to much to avoid spoilers. But in short you fly a 5 person ship commanding your crew (5 player co-op crew or AI), customize your ships equipment and more. Really worth a try if your into space games, its truly a gem.
Empty, boring, clunky
