No entiendo por que nunca antes había jugado a este juego. Diseño de 10, imaginativo, bonito, diseño de niveles variado. Jugabilidad de plataformas 3D de toda la vida, mezclado con aventura y habilidades psiquicas. Además tiene mil enemigos finales. Guión de lujo, el equipo de Double Fine, interpreta a su manera la mente humana, y como cada persona tiene distribuido el cerebro, además lo hace con humor y haciendo un juego tanto como para niños como para adultos. 88/100.
Honestly, one of the best video games I've ever played - this is considered a cult classic masterpiece for a reason. Lovable characters, one of the most memorable narratives in gaming, genuinely funny. DO NOT sleep on Psychonauts!
Great game, the collectibles are also useful for becoming "stronger" and even unlock new powerups. I played on an Xbox One controller, but some menus require a keyboard. I got all achievements. If you're an achievement hunter, beware of some missable achievements!

Якщо коротко: мінуси цієї гри — це платформер епохи PS2 плюси цієї гри — це платформер епохи PS2 Саме тому я особисто свій досвід вважаю не дуже релевантним для більшості, бо я все ж ще той відеоігровий геронтофіл: в іграх 20-річної і більше давності мене уже давно не відштовхує візуал чи геймплей, бо я все-таки вже звик до цієї дерев’яності старих ігор, а особливо старих платформерів. Ця гра стала культовою і насправді не даремно, але вона все ж дуже і дуже своєрідна й, що називається, на любителя. Якщо багато олдфажних культових ігор по типу першого «Фолича» чи VTMB я можу рекомендувати всім і кожному, то Psychonauts — ні. А тепер по порядку. Головне в цій грі — це загальний вайб. Ось ця от шизофренічна кислотно-бедтріпова атмосфера в перемішку з непоганим, як для цього жанру, геймплеєм як мінімум точно запам’ятаються і надовго закарбують цю гру в моєму відеоігровому досвіді. Гумор тут своєрідний. Його тут дуже багато, але якість різна: інколи жарти проходили прям ну зовсім мимо мене, але деякі залітали так, що викликали справжній ржач. Персонажі харизматичні та цікаві, втім їх тут і не так багато. А тих, що прямо задіяні в сюжеті, — ще менше. Щодо мінусів. Першу половину гри треба ну от буквально перетерпіти. Вона доволі душна, і в один момент тобі прямо кажуть: «Шуруй збирати сотні нудних collectibles, щоб просунутися далі по сюжету». Як на мене, дуже сумнівне геймдизайнерське рішення. Зробили б тоді вже принаймні ці предмети для збирання більш цікавими, бо, пройшовши гру на всі 100%, я не можу виразити, наскільки ж сильно я замахався збирати тисячі!!! довбаних фігментів. Також, як і в більшості старих платформерів, дається в знаки вік гри: дерев’яність та ватність управління, неочевидна інколи взаємодія з поверхнями (чи ти скотишся по ній, чи устоїш — в більшості випадків відповідь на це питання — ХЗ). Також зустрічав баги, особливо під час взаємодії з мотузками, і + застрягав у текстурах разів 10 за все проходження. В загальному, повторюся, відеоігровим геронтофілам та шукачам цікавого досвіду зайде на ура, а іншим же краще утриматися. Для перших — це гра мінімум на 6.5 із 10, а для других, якби я писав відгук саме для них, скоріше всього він би був негативним.
