Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Same day: best AU #72, worst BR #86 · 2 markets collected
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.43/day in the week to Aug 26 → 6.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
Still reminds me of my time in the psych ward. Also, the trippy level ruined my eyes for a few days, take breaks and drink water, don't 100% it all in one attempt.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 17: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

It was just 3 days ago, but it feels like 20 years! After 100% completing the first game and watching Rhombus of Ruin (since I don't have a VR headset), I rushed to buy Psychonauts 2, aaaaand... Finally, Truman Zanotto is saved, but at what cost? The horizon is showing a much scarier and more dangerous enemy than in previous adventures, yet nobody actually cares about you and they treat you like dirt... for some reason! The creators finally removed the useless abilities from the first game and added new, interesting ones that can be used both for puzzles and combat. Speaking of combat, it feels much better and smoother in general. Sadly, this game has the same enemies across all levels, unlike the first game, which had not only general enemies but level-specific ones too. The story is interesting as well, with a twist. Unlike the first game, which felt like just a cool, big, cartoony adventure, this one is much more emotional and dramatic, showcasing human relationships. I should note that it's not as dark as the first one. It is still a great addition to the universe, and it fills the plot holes of the first part, everything is now in order! Next, you will see a spoiler section detailing game and story moments that I find illogical. Don't read if you haven't played the game yet! You've been warned!
A little problem for me was that Raz doesn't feel the same as in the first game, though he's trying hard enough with his sarcasm. The first game had useless kids with powers, and this one does too. For some reason, the creators tried to show them actually helping Raz in a few cutscenes, but it still feels like it's not enough. The biggest problem for me, though, is that the greatest Psychonauts couldn't stop Maligula together, yet Raz actually did. In the first game, there was no one to help since they were basically cut off in the camp, but this one literally features the entire Motherlobe packed with professional Psychonauts. Yet, Razputin is the only one powerful enough for this mission?
Great game in the end anyway. While the story ends here, there are a bunch of dialogues and cutscenes where they heavily hint that there could be more, like
Dr. Loboto saying that he left his kid in a camp, Agent Nine and Agent Vodello talking about a new bunch of kids coming "next week", and Ford talking about going back to basics and exploring the human mind even more.
I really hope to see Psychonauts 3 someday. Maybe not with Raz...I guess we must finally let this kid rest, he deserves it!
this game is so cool i wish gay people were real
Cheers...a Raz.
saved my cat from dying and cured cancer
This game has groomer propaganda in it, there was a character that you're introduced to early in the beginning and they're talked about the entire early game like you're going to mee them later, they're very hyped up, and by the time all of the curtains drop the big reveal is that they were just gay and then there's just gay sex jokes and innuendos and graphic groomer propaganda in your face. It doesn't appear or switch up until past halfway through the game so you can't refund by the time they reveal it.
Raz e i suoi ex insegnanti devono capire chi c’è dietro e andare a salvarlo.
Quanti ne escono all’anno? Risposta: troppo pochi, purtroppo. E praticamente nessuno in formato videogame. SUPERPROMOSSO! VOTO: 9/10
The much more deserved sequel to the original, Psychonauts 2 carries the same "imperfect masterpiece" mantra of the original game. Now, this is not to say the game is bad, far from it, it is pretty high up there in terms of quality. It has its ups and downs, what were my main takeaways however?

Inferior writing: while it retains the quirky cartoon feeling, a lot of the lines feel phoned in.
Repeating voicelines: remember in the first game everyone had something else to say when you progressed the story? Well prepare to hear about the stolen plunger and the affair, a lot.
Combat is too snappy: this is something you can only tell when you play the game. The original wasn't renowned of its lackluster combat, so I can't really blame them for trying to keep up with the current day.
Combat is too hectic. am I playing a hack-n-slash here?
The pin system: its just plain up bad. Why is it locked to 3 of any instead of 1 per category?
Now, these are all pretty minor complaints. I wholeheartedly recommend this game, even if its for these arguably minute problems.
