About
From the creators of Paradise Killer comes a mind-bending open-world narrative adventure mascot management simulator where mascots are more than just symbols - they’re unpredictable forces of nature! Step into the chaos, unravel the conspiracies, drive a tiny truck and try to keep it all together in Promise Mascot Agency!

You thought mascots were just fluffy, innocent brand ambassadors? Think again. The Mascots are all living, breathing, fully formed personalities, with dreams, fears, and the occasional breakdowns of their own- just like us! Whether it’s Trororo, a charming cat who’s a little too obsessed with "adult video" or sweet, silken To-Fu, who can’t stop sobbing, your job is to befriend, mentor, and (hopefully) get these mascots to finish their jobs without causing a major catastrophe.

Sending your mascots out to work is never as easy as it sounds. One minute they’re promoting delicious food, the next they’re stuck in a doorway or starting a kitchen inferno. Need help? Good thing Kaso-Machi is full of intrepid everyday heroes ready to lend a hand (if you’ve managed to befriend them, of course). Unlock Hero Cards, featuring Kaso-Machi’s lovable local weirdos like Captain Sign, Japan’s only road-sign superhero (don’t ask questions), or Mama-San, a bar owner with a serious latex collection. These heroes will step in to provide help when your mascots inevitably lose control.

Kaso-Machi is a town full of secrets, and Michi isn’t just stuck in an office managing mascots - he’s on the road in his rusty (but upgradeable!) Kei Truck. This nifty little ride may look like a heap of junk, but with a few tweaks, it’ll have nitro boosts, glider wings, and even the ability to launch Pinky☆ - Michi’s maniacal mascot assistant - like a missile. Use your truck to explore the strange, forgotten town, unlock collectibles, and uncover hidden mysteries. Who knew a Kei Truck could be your best friend in a town where literally everything else hates you?!

Exiled after an ambush that left his clan in shambles, Michi finds himself piecing together the mystery of what really happened, while the town seems to actively conspire against him. Nightmare spirits seem a little too interested in your business, and there’s an ever-present sense that something’s very, very wrong in this place…

Think you can resist? Think again. The mascots know where you live. Step into the world of Promise Mascot Agency and claim your place in this brave new world of mascot domination.

Offbeat, unabashedly silly concoction of mechanics and tone that somehow lands on the right side of farce, with endearing characters, chaotically fun traversal and addictive collectible hunting. All of which is juxtaposed against a somewhat sober conspiracy plot that makes it even weirder and funnier. My only complaints are with dialogue pacing at the start and end of the game due to repeated information and protracted exposition dumps. Not a deal breaker though. It's well worth a visit to Kaso-Machi!
I honestly really liked this game! While the actual gameplay certainly isn't anything earth shattering, what really hooked me in were the characters and the writing. If you really like the Yakuza games (ESPECIALLY the weird and silly moments you get from the sub stories) and don't mind partaking in a chill management sim, I cannot recommend this game enough. Sincerely loved it!

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It's like a unique crossover between Yakuza/Like A Dragon and Sesame Street and shares themes with both. The game can touch on topics of the sex industry and government corruption before seamlessly transitioning to talk about friendship and the importance of supporting each other. It works shockingly well. The map design is a standout. I'm a big fan of a well designed town and the island feels very real in how it is structured. It's very authentic, to the point where it has these inconveniences that make sense once you learn the backstory. If you've ever lived in a small town, you know that we do in fact have our absurd little landmarks hidden out in the woods. I've never felt more represented. Some things could stand to be really sped up. I don't need a reintroduction to every minigame every time I start it up. The one intro is enough. There's seemingly no option to have Pinky stop making noises while I'm driving around and doing ♥♥♥♥, and that did drive me crazy.
Does pretty much everything right except for the time trials.
One of the top games of 2025 for me. I lovely evolution from their previous work, Paradise Killer, with a heartfelt message that resonated with me when I myself was in an unfamiliar city going through a temporary clinical rotation. The parallels between the act of driving around Kaso-Machi and interacting with locals and my own personal life navigating Seattle while making friends with local baristas and bartenders really helped drive home that true community building can come from simply frequenting businesses that align with your values and taste. Infectious humor and truly inspired vehicular navigation design twist together to make for a memorable experience.
One of the better driving collect-a-thon games on Steam. This one starts slow. The story has 2 or 3 times more dialog than it needed, and mascot rescue interruptions were annoying until I could afford items, but the flight physics simulation was oh so fun. It's very satisfying to find the right momentum to land gracefully on a road after a gentle banking turn. Or not so gently on a roof...
Good Story, Relaxing to play through. Pick it up when it's on sale & have fun!!
The Tracks : 🎶Yūgana Josei - Promise Mascott Agency OST🎶 _______ [EN] I really thought I'd stumbled upon a game I absolutely loved, as it seemed to combine many of my favorite kinks and tropes: Yakuza-esque minigames, a trashy tone, a wacky storyline, and a melting pot of influences and gameplay styles. Alas, the result is a very mid game. Beyond the vaguely addictive (and capitalistic) aspect of making as much money as possible and deploying your mascots, nothing lived up to my expectations. The dialogue and the overall tone of the game are clearly not as "loco" as the synopsis suggested. Moreover, the narrative relies on a torrent of dialogue that struggles to hold my interest, culminating in a plotline based on legal rights related to land ownership… I've definitely seen more crazy storyline. The mascot management aspect is fun, and the gameplay loop is well-executed, but you're interrupted quite frequently to help mascots stuck in seemingly impossible situations. This card-based mini-game is fun the first few times, but then I ended up desperately searching for a way to disable it. Even the mascot designs didn't really appeal to me: aside from a few inspired choices, some look really cheap and uninspired. On the other hand, the soundtrack is excellent and perfectly captures the atmosphere of 1980s Japan. In short, too many janky and tedious gameplay elements, coupled with a soporific narrative, led to a significant disappointment with Promise Mascot Agency, which fell far short of the excitement I was expecting.
