Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Sep 1 → 0/day in the week after.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

5/10
7.5/10. A decent ride. However... Don't expect Armored Core. This is Ace Combat with mech, though first of, the bad points first -No map chart mission briefings that tell you what kind of opposition who will face (my pet peeve) -Except for a handful of missions, you cannot choose your battleframe (or even at least paint it) -No unlockables in story mode -No indication of Battleframe equipment. You have to memorize as you oftentimes switch between using a Gundam-like "do it all super mech" (which is specialized for the protagonists) or a Macross-like transforming mech with basic Ace Combat weaponry of guns and missiles. -Inconsistent artwork (sometimes characters look good like the main female protagonists, others kinda look like 2000s era internet doodles) -At least two big parts of the game are blatant copies, one copies The Sorrow (Metal Gear Solid 3) and another one, basically the entire game, copies Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War (though unlike Ace Combat except for that one, this game has rotating protagonists). Not that i'm really complaining though considering The Unsung War doesn't have a proper Steam release yet Now, the good points: +Ace Combat with mechs +FPS-like controls for keyboard and mouse +Bumping at anything wouldn't damage your mech +Health regen in lower difficulties +Actually pretty good, emotional storyline that Ace Combat wouldn't reach (due to Ace Combat almost every time has you play as a blank slate pilot that doesn't speak yet the emotional segments are from others POV) P.S. Didn't say anything about Warfront yet, maybe some another chance later because i already moved on to another game. Still pretty fun though, got it with the price of a bottle of soda during a sale event.

Project Nimbus is an acceptable indie game. Once I remapped the controls to my personal liking, the game became quite fun.
Pros

The music is surprisingly good for an indie game.
The story is nothing special, but it is good and ends on a hopeful tone, much like the Ace Combat games that inspired it.

Cons

My biggest complaint is the messy audio mixing between sound effects, music, and dialogue; it is all over the place.
I also wish there were more checkpoints for the more difficult parts of the game, such as the last two missions and several longer missions in the middle arc.

Honestly, this game inspired me to learn and try to make my own games. I hope the team behind this game can continuously improve their skills and make better games next time. For those who are curious, this is my control configuration. I do not like the weapon wheel, so I mapped the controls to help with my quick-swap preference:

Previous Weapon: Set to RB (Xbox) or R1 (PlayStation). The reason is that weapons at the bottom of the list are more powerful with longer cooldowns.
Target Lock: Set to Y (Xbox) or Triangle (PlayStation). The reason is that this is the default switch target button for Ace Combat, which works better for my muscle memory.
Ascend: Set to A (Xbox) or X (PlayStation). This is the default jump or "go up" button in a lot of games in general.
Descend: Set to LB (Xbox) or L1 (PlayStation). This is inspired by the default crouch/descend configuration in Warframe, and it works surprisingly well here.
I left the rest of the settings on their default values, or on the values replaced by my custom configuration.

One more complaint here is that you cannot set weapon shortcuts to the D-Pad on a controller, which is my preferred option. This setting is just outright unavailable for controllers. I hope this can be fixed in an update or in their next game.
Good luck out there, pilots. Stay safe!
