Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.14/day in the week to Aug 23 → 5/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I was iffy on this but it's a seriously good management game. Usually in these games I obsess over the building and never get anything done because i'm a perfectionist, but the building is stupid simple in this game. Its fun to watch your doctors and patients run around like little ants once you have a sizeable hospital. There's an immense amount of diseases and injuries too with departments that correspond to diagnosing and treating them. This is an AMERICAN themed hospital game so you will be watching a cashier on minimum wage have her life savings drained away as you treat her.

One of the best hospital management games I’ve played. The amount of depth in patient care, departments, staff management, finances and hospital workflow is impressive. It’s difficult at first, but very satisfying once you understand how everything works. The 2D isometric graphics are beautiful and the hospital really feels alive. Hospital Services also adds a lot to the management side of the game. My only complaints are the limited building/customization options and the lack of a stronger career/progression system for new players. I really hope the developers continue updating the game, because Project Hospital still has a huge amount of potential. You can clearly see how much work and care went into it. Great job to the whole team!
This absolutely will suck the 24h of your day and you will thank it. Great game, cant wait for a possible PH2!

Dije «ansiedad». Me metí yo a diagnosticar.
Seem to always get the urge to want to come back and tinker with this game. It's a classic really.
