Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.14/day in the week to Aug 23 → 5/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Great game, get it and let the devs know where their fanbase is!
I wish the devs kept working on this game, cause I love it!

This is a perfect "little" sim game I cannot stop coming back to. No idea why it says I only played 24h, it is way more than that ! I love that you can also play as one of the doctors :D
I lvoe this game, Though I would love to have more wall colour selections and flooring, I also think the dignostic suits needed are a bit pointless, patients can be treated in room or in the OR just my opion but all and all I love it
Boring game. If you're interested in diagnostics, yes you can read all of them, but you also can mostly skip everything, not really read and click on whats green lol and it works, not interesting
This game may be my darkhorse candidate for best simulation game of all time. I'll get two major criticisms out of the way early: It's graphics are simplistic, and building is more of a chore than it needs to be sometimes. Other than that, however, I find this one of the most satisfying sims I've ever played. Building a large, fancy, efficient hospital is satisfying enough, but doctor mode is where this game is elevated to genius. Because you're treating patients from diagnosis to (hopefully) cure, you get to stress test the hospital you built, and see where it shines, and where it falls short. Every tricky patient is thrilling, and if you have the dlc, events become incredibly engaging challenges. This game succeeds at making a really, really tight and fun experience in both the macro, and micro of it's gameplay. Building a whole cardiology wing is as enjoyable as running some poor shmuck with congestive heart failure through it. Amazing game, would love to see a sequel.
So much depth, so much freedom, while not overwhelming you and keeping it in bite size digestible chunks. I simply adore the game, one where you can very easily lose track of time while playing. Would love to see the devs tackle a similar genre but as something outside of hospitals. They've made gold here!
I enjoyed Theme Hospital and Two Point Hospital a lot, so I was looking for a similar game, and I found Project Hospital. The game looks nice but OH BOY the tutorial is the worst ever. I'd been stuck in tutorial 2 for 30 minutes, and in tutorial 3 for 1h after the 5th step or so. I'm currently trying to find videos on Youtube explaining the game mechanics and the horrible UI. Because of the extremely confusing tutorial, I cannot recommend this game at this point. I'm giving it a couple of minutes more, and if I'm still stuck, I'll request a refund.
A great tycoon game that scratches the hospital itch in a way that Two Point Hospital can't, leaning into realism over the cartoonish-ness of that game. Can be a little too abstract and not explain mechanics well enough (sometimes I still have no idea if I'm building things correctly almost six hours in) but is definitely one I could see myself coming back to.
