About
Explore side-scrolling levels filled with environmental puzzles. Purr to make plants bloom and machines crumble. Take your time. Experiment. Observe.
But when a boss appears, the rhythm changes. These battles demand timing, precision, and courage. Yet Princess doesn't fight. She heals. Purr doesn't destroy them – it frees them.

Every environment and character is meticulously hand-painted and brought to life with fluid animation – lush forests, glowing caverns, strange machines, and adorable creatures.
From moonlit forests to the depths of a hidden laboratory, each chapter holds new puzzles, new friends, and new questions. Why did the camel attack? Why does the spider never rest? The answers lie in the journey.

- Choose Kitten Mode for an easier adventure perfect for kids and casual players.
- Choose Cat Mode to test yourself, where boss encounters demand precision and patience.
No text. No dialogue. Only animation, music, and heartfelt emotion.
An original orchestral score, partially live-recorded, guides your journey with warmth and wonder.
Deep in a forgotten laboratory, life was reshaped against its will – animals twisted into machines, hearts buried under circuits.
But corruption is not the end. What was taken from nature can still be returned. Let Princess's purr heal them and set them free.

For the length of the game, the price might seem a bit high. Given the amazing experience I had, I don't mind that at all! The graphics are fantastic - especially the backgrounds and the nice large bosses are wonderful. The music is great. The story makes perfect sense. The only issue I had was with the controls. During the later boss fights, there are moments when one wants to quickly change between the A, B, and X buttons. I would have loved the game to have configurable controls, but in the end I just used the Steam controller setting to add B to the left trigger and X to the right trigger, which made things a lot more manageable. Thanks, Whyknot Studios and Red Dunes Games, for a fantastic game!
Writing this review after making 40% progress and in the middle of the 3rd stage. I really like this game and really enjoy playing so far, despite 'rage-quitting' every stage boss at least once so far. Of course, this suffering makes finally defeating the bosses so much more satisfying. For me, the game keeps me interested in the way that some of the things are what I expect from a platformer, and some of the things are not, so I'm having to approach this game as something different from any platformer I've played before, despite some usual tropes of the genre. I like how every stage introduces some new environmental mechanic that keeps it fresh and pulls you in to want to keep playing. But at the same time I'm also a bit of a completionist, so although the puzzles of the 2nd and 3rd stages are getting more interesting, seeing that I missed out on a blue orb and some gold orbs on the 1st stage makes me want to go back through that stage again to 100% it. So I'm going around looking for every hidden section behind some bush or only reachable by a leap of faith. So yeah, definitely compelled to play more of the game. The anim-meowtion is cute, the sound paw-gramming is great, and the retro art style matches purr-fectly with the sweeping orchestral music as well. Yeah, I really found myself liking the music, even leaving it to play in the background while I swapped screens from the game to do something urgent for work; the strings and the wind instrument, all the feels of a classic Zelda game. Between the art and the music, I did get Studio Ghibli vibes, like Princess Mononoke or Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind. Yeah, it reminded me of one of those Ghibli movies that starts off all picturesque and calm and tranquil, and then suddenly something to do with the antagonist appears and the plot twists and you're like what the heck is happening!? Really had that experience in the 1st stage with the 1st stage boss. The 2nd stage going underground also feels like a nod to Super Mario Bros, climbing up the side of walls feels like Ninja Gaiden, fighting and freeing trapped animals feels like Sonic, or maybe it's just my imagination, but I do get the feeling that there are a lot of homages made in the game that I probably didn't pick up on. So yeah, I think definitely a lot of love and thought went into this game. The 'old but new' feeling I get from the game so far makes it for me an overall complete and thoroughly enjoyable game. Highly recommended!
Z czasem rozgrywka staje się bardziej wymagająca, poziomy trudniejsze, łamigłówki bardziej zbilansowane platformowo, rozbudowane i trudniejsze, a wieńczące finał rozdziału bitwy z bossami angażujące całą naszą uwagę i szalenie trudne.
I really loved the art style of this game, and the level design was fantastic. Aside from the boss battles being too difficult and causing me to get stuck for a long time, I had a lot of fun. Here's my review: Art: 9/10 The biggest highlight of this game is its charming, somewhat Ghibli-esque style. The animals are also incredibly cute, and the gameplay and animals blend perfectly. Music: 9/10 Each scene has unique background music that blends perfectly with the art and gameplay, making for a very enjoyable experience. Gameplay: 8/10 The gameplay is very rich, but not repetitive. While there's nothing particularly novel, and most of the game elements are easily found in other adventure games, the excellent level design makes the overall gaming experience very enjoyable. Aside from the slightly challenging boss battles, there are no other major issues. Story: 7/10 This is a very simple fairy tale, with the main storyline telling the story of animals saving nature. While this isn't the game's selling point, it doesn't detract from the overall experience and is a decent story. Overall Rating: 8.5/10 Conclusion: This is a decent adventure game. If you enjoy nature adventure games, this is a good choice. While there are puzzle elements, they are not numerous, making it more suitable for players who prefer action games.
its pretty, but can be difficult at times. do wish that jumping off of ropes/ platforms was Down+A instead of B+A like most older platformers. bosses are beautiful but feel pretty dependent on RNG at times.
Boy what a game so far. I really enjoyed the calm yet sometimes "souls inspired" moments in the game play. The gameplay is just adorable and so intuitive. Sometimes rough around the edges but keeps me firm in story. The art work is just stunning. Hand drawn and it's obvious that this was a labor of love for the team who did this. The music is motion picture and theatrical in nature. I felt all the emotions that made me go to the movies to watch some of my fave classics. What an amazing thing to hear in a game. Overall, this game is a treat for the weary gamer. If you ever need that fantastical break between your really intense game moments... Consider giving this game a shot! ❤️
A beautifully crafted adventure with heart and charm
I really love the handcrafted environments. They’re charming, intriguing, and pair perfectly with the adorable cat protagonist. At first, I thought it would be a simple platformer, but I was pleasantly surprised by how thoughtfully challenging it becomes. The difficulty is well-balanced: not too easy, not too punishing, and the puzzles are really fun to figure out. The worldbuilding is another highlight. The idea of a frog society raising a cat is both whimsical and heartwarming, and there are several emotional narrative moments that made me go “awww~”. and also "sh!" "!@#$%" as well. XD This review is based on my first two hours of play, and so far I’m really enjoying the journey. Looking forward to seeing where the story goes next!
I played 2 hrs. it is very good visual art. The game play is not too difficult, and you can keep going. This is another nice cat game for sure!!
