Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Sep 2 → 2.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

So I wanted to love this game. The gameplay started off fun, the vibe is cute, the art's excellent and while I have mixed feelings about the inserted voice acting, it's still a well put together game. It's even got a great example of dealing with anxiety when you're thrust into a role you don't exactly want but have to deal with. However, because this game is so entirely dependent on RNG, you are going to struggle if you don't exactly minmax your time. Even if you do your best there, RNG may not be on your side. This is why I still haven't passed day 20 -- I keep having to roll back because I'll get enough ingredients for one potion, what I need for another, no matter how creative I get or how many different cauldrons I invest in. Suddenly, I'm having Sylvia's anxiety as part of my game time, and I don't like that one bit. Due to the game's severe dependence on RNG, while it scores tens in other areas, I've got to tell you to take a pass on this game. It does not respect your time, and your ability to influence your ingredient list is very difficult and requires you focus time and money you might go otherwise, hampering your ability to actually make and sell your potions! The constant roll backs and praying for better RNG on ingredient availability, explorations, and trying to also manage your funds -- I end up utterly unable to use things like marketing or enchantments to boost thing because my money and time are all focused in trying to stay afloat. In short, it's like running a real life small business, and reminds you why so many of them fail. I don't want that in my cozy-cute fantasy game, sorry. Now, I'm a compulsive self-hating gamer who feels like a personal failure when I can't past simple mechanics and really want to get to the end of the story, so I'll probably keep coming back trying to get that lucky set up to get me what to get past Day 20, but... I honestly can't suggest you try it with this in mind. It turns into a day-rewinding slog very fast, and that is no fun for literally anyone.
Potionomics is the most 'wholesome stressful romance game' i ever played through. These relationships are the stuff of amazing fanfictions, THE VOICE ACTING IS THE BEST. Plus how organised one has to be... I was not the target audience, but i enjoyed it very much, and you will too. Cozy + Free love is the way i played, because i am way too distracted by my desire to pet cats than remember all ingredients i need. Seriously consider playing on single love first and switching to free love if you can't decide on a lover. All characters are incredible, and their forever friendship is sometimes even more wholesome than their love. I advice you DO attempt to play on Classic difficulty first and lower it to cozy when you cannot handle it. The game is forgiving like that. Sure it could use a LOT of quality of life update, but this was well worth it. Make sure to consider the Boss Finn DLC.
I don’t know how this game got steam deck verified. When it works it’s fun but when it’s not working…save yourself the disappointment and don’t get this for Steam deck
10/10 would lesbian again.
I adore this game so much!! I had it on my wish list for ages because I didn't know that it is exactly the type of game I love. The banner art and game description truly do not do the game justice. I played through the whole game over a 43 hour period, and it was quite frankly addicting - I am already planning my second playthrough! First off, the game comes in three difficulties - Cozy, Regular, and Capitalism. I played on cozy as I like to take my time and overthink every single decision, something that the game absolutely accommodated in the most fun way! It allowed me to go about completing the main objectives in whatever way I wanted and took off some of the timing limitations that the gameplay loop would otherwise have. It was therefore VERY cozy and I enjoyed taking my time to think up the best strategies! Second off, I totally missed that there are dating sim elements to the game, and I therefore chose the Free Love option so that I could see the romance stories for all the characters (more on this later). The game also has a One Love setting that locks all other romance options once you enter into one relationship, and I really liked that the game was flexible like that in terms of playstyle preference when it comes to romancing NPCs. The story is a quite simple, very common one for cozy games, but I feel like this game managed to create depth and connection where many others fail. The characters were interesting The gameplay itself has several components: Potion brewing - this is a bit of a puzzle minigame where you have to match the right ingredients together to make a potion. The puzzle part comes from the fact that each of the ingredients has a certain number of color coded “magimins” aka points, that need to be balanced to make the correct potion. This was very fun and allows the player to be quite creative with the ways in which they combined the different ingredients. Selling potions - you have a storefront where you choose which potions to display and which to offer for sale (two different mechanics, although very linked) by arranging them on shelving in the store. Once potions have been arranged, you open up the store to customers, and begin another minigame, this time a deck building one! Similar to games like Slay the Spire, you accumulate cards (these are collected through getting to know the NPCs, more on them later) and then arrange them into the best deck to address the different types of customers, playing cards that take energy and that affects the sale price of the potion. So instead of slaying monsters, you are making profit! Travelling - you yourself cannot collect ingredients, but there are several NPCs that you can buy them from! Beyond that, you can also send out NPCs to collect ingredients for you from a slowly expanding map. Travelling allows you to visit all the NPCs and to engage with the various services they offer, as well as chatting with them, giving them gifts, and romancing them or befriending them. Romancing and befriending NPCs - by chatting with NPCs, spending time with them, and giving them gifts, you develop your relationships with them and slowly unlock cutscenes with each of them, which are fully voice acted. The voice action is phenomenal, and each NPC has a unique character and story, all of which I found to be well written and excellently paced. The art and animation for the game is also very pretty - and switched between a cute drawn style and 3D animation! I mentioned that I could romance all the characters, but I found myself actually preferring to befriend some of them as the befriending felt more compelling to me. Oh, also, the music in this game is AMAZING - each NPC has their own themed music and I Looooooved some of the tracks. Salt and Pepper have the best one, in my humble opinion, but that might just be because I love cats super much and enjoyed the combination of meows and pirate shanty (I will not elaborate, play the game to find out exactly what I mean). As the game goes on, smaller gameplay elements unlock and there become more things to manage and use in your quest. I found that mechanics were introduced in a very easy to understand way, and in a way that made sense in the game quite well too. I never felt overwhelmed or like there was too much going on, it felt very balanced and well executed on all fronts. All this to say: PLAY POTIONOMICS!! Big thank you to the devs, I had an absolute blast!!!! <3
每次都要手动配药+十天为一个周期的持续性还债导致玩起来有点累,但是每个主要配角我都很喜欢,尤其是奎因咋这么萌啊!!总的来说游玩体验还是蛮好的
