Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 31 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Considering how cheap it is, it isn't bad. Rough around the edges. Its a small scene, but a fair amount of world building has gone into the newspapers. Dialogues are also lengthy, with lots of options.
------------------------- You control the reaper: enter a gala party and talk to everyone (or not) and then choose who you want to kill. The game can last 5 minutes or up to 1 hour if you want to try other targets. This is because the nation is at war and some people there are very influential. The only caveat is that you will only see the result of your choice with a newspaper at the end of the game, without actually being able to feel the result of all the conversation and the choice. Maybe for free or in a bundle I would recommend it, but the full price is not worth it for me. Even if you read everything, the choice at the end only depends on your preference, and there's no fun in talking to the same people and having two different playthroughs. You just go there and choose another person.
Time to die
Salutations and Greetings, Postmortem allows you to play as the Grim Reaper, where taking a single life, has consequences all it's own in strange and unusual ways. The story starts off with you being ordered to take a single life. Sounds simple right? Not so fast. Reading articles and finding other things around the event, give you clues as to what's really going on. Talking to the people helps too as they have an awful lot of things to say. Music and sound: There's some voice acting in here, and proper music that i would expect to hear at such an event. 9 out of 10. Game mechanics: 8 out of 10, simple enough wasd to move around E for interacting, q for notebook, tab for taking a persons life. Story: Let me tell you this, You will be doing a lot of reading in this game. This is not for little kids either, this is some semi-heavy reading which demands a lot of concentration and logical thought. Read stuff carefully, choose your words wisely or they may later come back to bite you like some of my choices did. 10 out of 10 for the story. Gameplay Fun: As i stated above, lots of reading. And while I do enjoy a logical challenge in the form of "what the heck is going on around here?" some of the reading did get me a tiny bit tired, but overall I like the game and I would absolutely recommend this game to people who like thinking logically before making a choice. 8 out of 10. This is a complicated game to review. I would preface this by stating that I don't believe that any game needs to be or should strive to be of a particular length. Games are art, and in pursuit of that don't have any set parameters by which they do (or should) abide. With that said, inevitably games will still be judged based on their length, because one of the myriad reasons people play them is for long-term entertainment. I can safely say that if you are looking for a long game, Postmortem is not a game that should place highly on your list. It is difficult for me to even say that it has a lot of replayability (though it does). Postmortem is a game that is built deep instead of wide. People often speak of open world games, broad as an ocean and shallow as a puddle -- this is the opposite side of that equation. This is a game that actually provides what people's impossible expectations for Mass Effect 3 had envisioned...and the only thing it needs to sacrifice to provide this bountiful opportunity for branching narrative is to be somewhere between five minutes and half an hour long. If that were the only problem with Postmortem, though, I think it would have performed far better in reviews. Almost all of Postmortem is spent in conversations with guests at the gala, which means that one can expect the writing to be doing the heavy lifting of the story through characterization and dialogue. Personally, I think the characters are well-written and enjoyable, but nothing here stands out as a truly transcendent or incredibly inspired. It is very competently-written, and you're able to gain a lot of insight into the different perspectives and beliefs of each character, but despite expressing some very different beliefs, they somehow manage to feel lacking in original personality. I want to be clear, this is a nitpick. The writing in Postmortem is much better than average, and it would be a huge step up if more games were written at this level. Still, with the writing doing literally the heavy lifting here, it's just not enough. And of course, we invariably have the matter of price. If Postmortem had been a free game, I would expect a Mostly Positive or even Very Positive review average. In the end, I think that the game unfortunately falls too far on the side of being an artistic curiosity to be able to charge much of anything. I think it is worth the asking price, but most people are unlikely to see it that way. They will reach the end, they may or may not play through again to see how divergent the narrative can be from their decisions, but even if they do conduct multiple playthroughs, I imagine most will finish and ask, "Nice tech demo, but...where's the game?" Still, I give Postmortem a positive review. It is an interesting piece of art worth the asking price. This is definitely a case of "this game is not for everyone," though. Only purchase if a short, experimental game fits into your budget -- you can get more entertainment of a higher quality from a vast array of other titles. Even if you're just looking for writing-heavy game with significant player choice, you would still have dozens of visual novels to choose from with better length and presentation than Postmortem.
After playing death and taxes, postmortem really intrigued me because if it's similar mechanics but sadly, it didn't manage to deliver. The graphics are kinds nice, sound is okay. There is a lot of "lore" to be found and you can get a lot of information from talking to the people. However, after playing every possible ending, i don't feel like your decisions have a lot of impact. Only 2 or the 6 or 7 endings are noticably different from the others and none of them are satisfying in any way. of course it is realistic that no political conflict can be resolved 100% but i still asked myself why this choice is even there when it doesn't really matter? I didn't feel like this experience was worth the time it took, so i cannot recommend it.
Terrible game.....
Very short. It left me wanting more of course. I hope the game had more than just this one scene. There are various other issues that one can put into such a good conccept of a game. The replayability is rather good but then again I would prefer more scenes and story archs that would then influence each other. A larger story arch and fleshing out the character of death would make this game really good. I felt like this was merely a teaser for an actual game and it got me hooked and wanting more. / I hope for more updates expanding the story and wish the developers good luck!
Juego de elecciones que dependiendo lo que vayas eligiendo cambia el final. Para lo que es debería ser gratuito.
To short to call this a game. Even free would be to much for this game. My rating 0/10, not recommended.
