Ne, ne a ne. Rok 2019 a svět se stále načítá jako v roce 2003, kdy vyšel druhý díl. To znamená, že máte "loading zones" mezi jednotlivými částmi města. V jedné části města se vám načtou všechny NPC, které tam mají být, to znamená brutální úpadek výkonu. Nemám top konfiguraci, to neříkám, ale i Dying Light 2 rozjedu na 60 snímků a to je hra z roku 2022. U Postal 4 můžete hýbat s posuvníkem kvality od "buttsauce" po "ultra" a rozdíl je úplně minimální, ta hra jede úplně stejně špatně. Pokud se zeptáte vývojářů, proč ta hra nemá optimalizaci, tak odpověď je, že máte zastaralý PC. Děkujeme RWS, byli jsme naivní a nevěděli jsme, že na hru z roku 2019 budeme potřebovat hardware z roku 2026, na kterém to stejně pojede napůl. A hra samotná? No jelikož jsem se ve hře moc daleko nedostal, tak stejně jsou věci, které jsou špatně. Například systém savů, který neukládá vaši pozici v konkrétním čase. On uloží tu pozici. Tu pozici, kde jste stáli s danou zbraní. Ale svět kolem vás? Ten je tak, jak jste v tu danou chvíli umřeli, nebo načetli save. Takže to je taky super, dokonce Postal 3, ze které si vývojáři dělali strašnou prdel, jak je ta hra špatná, tak tohle měla funkční. Postal 2 jsem dohrál několikrát, je to klenot. Postal 3 byla špatná hra, to určitě, ale nikdo nečekal, že čtvrtý díl to trumfne. Vývojářům se musí nechat, že tento průser se snaží průběžně aktualizacemi uhasit, ale i když se vrátím po každé aktualizaci, nevidím zlepšení ani rozdíl. Budeme doufat, že remake dvojky nedopadne takovým fiaskem, jako je tento díl, i když ho dělá komunita. Budeme doufat.

Here is the strangest Review I'm ever going to write. Typically I can say "yes, buy this game" or "no don't buy this game". Instead, I'm left with giving a recommendation with lots of caveats. The game is fun, the graphics are stylized, the pacing is fun, most of the weapons are fun and work well. The driving stuff is fun, running people over is fun, the one liners, and humor hits perfectly. I feel like this game gets a terrible reputation online because it's hip or trendy to bash the game, but when it works, it works fantastic. Now... this all being said, when the game is not working, it is really buggy and jank, but then will suddenly fix itself. I ran into an issue crossing loading zones, that the game would get frozen on the map, and I'd often times have to restart from my last save or the one prior to avoid that glitch. Once I died for no reason. Another time voice lines clipped and suddenly ended or "quests"/"missions" would be skipped. After completing the game, I played it for a bit again, and did not encounter any issues. So, if you do buy this game, I suggest that you save frequently and NOT overwrite your saves. If you can handle that, you are in for a good time, a really good time of mindless fun and potty humor. Suggestions for the RWS team, you got to do something better in regards to switching weapons around. It's to sluggish to find the right weapons for the right time. Way to sluggish, there are so many weapons, finding the one you are looking for becomes super problematic. I hope RWS continues to do well, continues to keep patching the game and always working on it. It's really a good time once you learn to save A LOT.
