Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Aug 24 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Post Trauma is a Puzzle Horror Game and Red Soul Games is a small studio made up of fans of old school survival horror. We have taken a lot of inspiration from several genre-defining classics and we hope it shows!
Puzzle oriented: Designed for players looking for a challenge. Escape room style puzzles that require you to study your surroundings carefully. A pen and paper is recommended.
Retro Vibes: Play a modern survival horror through a retro-focused lens. Fixed Cameras. Save Rooms (With limited saving on hard mode). And continuous tension built through the atmosphere
Tackle Threats: Or choose not to! Not every enemy needs to be fought or encounter won, so pick your battles wisely!
Multiple Perspectives: The Gloom isn’t as lonely as it first appears, as the story of Post Trauma is told from multiple perspectives with full voice acting.

In Post Trauma, players control Roman (Togo Igawa), a tormented train conductor who awakes to find himself in a surreal dimension following a terrible panic attack. Faced with horrifying architecture and nightmarish abominations, Roman can choose to defend himself with an array of weapons or try to find the path of least resistance.

Inspired by key staples of the Survival Horror genre, Post Trauma blends fixed camera angles with stunning visuals through Unreal Engine 5 to create a truly unsettling, yet familiar horror experience. But just when you think you have the answers, this hellscape changes the questions as you enter the unknown to face your greatest fears.

To survive this cruel world, you must piece together an ongoing mystery across several, seemingly unrelated settings. Deducing your environments to find unlikely hints and discovering precious tools in unexpected places will help you make continued progress.
As you find clues and solve puzzles, you’ll gradually learn more about where you are and how you can escape, using a delicate mix of patience and cunning to stay alive. And maybe a pad and paper too.

Featuring a fully voice acted cast (Togo Igawa, Autumn Ivy, Hyoie O’Grady) and a captivating, ambient audioscape, elevated by a hypnotic score from Nicolas Gasparini (Myuu), Post Trauma has been crafted to be a homage to beloved franchises and a new merging of playstyles. The intent is to create a truly special, unforgettable horror experience fuelled by pure passion and incredible talent.

I really enjoyed the game overall and I feel like the game is a must play, it's cheap, it's good and I got a lot of time out of it and got some things to say overall. Firstly I held off this game for so long because I listened to some dumba** youtuber saying he played through the ENTIRE game and only encountered like 4 enemies in total. Firstly, bullsh*t there was way more than 4, maybe if they meant variety sure. Total? Not a damn chance and they did had me on edge for most of it. To the devs, I apologize for that one thing hold me off, I enjoyed piecing together the story and I overall enjoyed being scared a few times through it. First pros and cons and then i'm gonna say one last thing Pros: -The game showed very obvious parts that were gonna scare or were like "Get ready" and then overall it wasn't gonna be an enemy. Good use of psychological horror, I approve because it's not cheap like jumpscares (notably some mannequins and some sound effects especially in the beginning) -The atmosphere, sound effects, roaring is all very delightful and kept me on edge to not ever feel safe like I was questioning when the next enemy was gonna jump me -Melee combat being your most reliant tool, very good and well executed because I overall feel like you give me a gun and plenty of ammo I don't feel scared. The risk vs reward element with heavily relying on melee is great and kept me never super comfortable but comfortable to be like "Yea, I can handle this" -The king and roman are absolute highlights for me, though I didn't understand Roman's overall story upon my 1st playthrough I did enjoy however these are just 2 souls wanting to redeem themselves. Roman especially with his talks to Jill, It is genuinely so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ refreshing to see a character not be scared of the obvious creature and instead like "Can I help you?" instead of fight first ask later -Glitches, now why is this a pro? Well tbh it's because they're few and far in between. The game is polished no question but I absolutely need to highlight in my review somewhere that this is the only game where I fought and enemy and quite literally hit a "HOMERUN!!!" as if i'm using the legendary bat from fallout 4. That didn't break my immersion, that made me burst out hysterically and I wish I recorded that. It was great. Cons -The R-N-G of items in this game instead of fixed location items was a major dislike, half the game I was at low hp because I fought a monster and didn't do my usual "I could've done that better" and reload my save to take the fight again, so in doing so I was missing half my hp the entire game and instead it was mostly pistol rounds -The pistol itself is VERY weak and I maybe didn't experiment enough to fully explain this as someone else and I am sorry for that but this is the best way I could put it. 2nd boss in the game and a malformed wailer(or meatball face if you wanna call him by my silly name for me). I shot each 1 with 15 shots overall and they were still ready to attack but once I pulled the shotgun out, 3 shots. Once I pulled my melee weapon out, maybe like 5 to 7 swings with some dodging. So why do I need to use a whopping 15+ shots to end 1 enemy? The pistol is just the abysmally worst weapon and if you get handgun ammo, just reload your save i'd say, It's literally that bad. -Some of the puzzles are easily solvable with just a camera, memory puzzles are just lazy imo. Would be fine if it was just 1 but no a few were just reliant overall on memory. I'll put it like this, the keycode for 3A.3C.2B,1D was way better than "What direction was this hospital image?" -The Battleship puzzle (aka the hardest puzzle in the game or NSEW puzzle) oh my god this puzzle was not executed great. Yes I understand what you were going for but I had literally no clue you were supposed to put every number in a 3 across line and go down with the directions. I understand there was a hint as in the X, a freebie. But that didn't explain to me "Do I do south first? Do I do north first? What about east" on top of me thinking the plants had more relevance than "These 4 have similar number of plants, which number do you use?" I understand now the point of it but it deserved maybe 1 or 2 more hints to figure it out tbh. -Final con is the fact that this game hides its items really well and I think there should be something in place to lock rooms that aren't necessary anymore. The one time this HEAVILY was an issue was the school. I ran around for 2+ hours looking for the final planet for the classroom only to look it up and find it was on 1 little yellow book. Sweet jesus how many times I checked the same classrooms with nothing else in them and then seeing that image pissed me off so bad. Happened with "Used tape C" as well, I completely missed it because these things are so tiny and blend into the environment so damn well. Devs, if it is a little tiny planet in a huge classroom, give it a little shiny effect or something please. That was absolutely ridiculous to discover. I heavily loved this game, cons and all and think you should give it a try, I list my pros and cons in such detail to give the devs how it was through my eyes and I hope they make more games like post trauma, I want them to just not have the same cons in their next game honestly and want them to grow. 8/10 was great
Boring Survival Horror game... It starts out strong and pretty creepy but quickly then degrades to just boring puzzles and mediocre combat. Not recommended.
Post Trauma despite its flaws is a good old school, horror game but anyway let's talk about the story. Roman a tormented train conductor awakes to find himself on a subway train, he has no idea how he got here or why he is here, all he knows is that something feels wrong about this place, but he feels he must escape. But doing so he will be forced into a horrifying and nightmarish world of twisted architecture and populated by horrifying abominations, but perhaps he can find out his way out and perhaps find a friend along the way. Now it’s time for the likes, the story is good a bit confusing at first, but you can generally piece it together, definitely has a feels silent hillish quality with the characters going through their own personal hells and the themes of redemption, forgiveness and all that and I liked it. The gameplay was okay it takes inspiration from classic survival horror games like Silent Hill and Resident Evil, you pick up items, kill monsters and solve puzzles as you explore and pick up strange items and weapons in order to solve puzzles or be better at killing monsters. The puzzles were okay some of them were clever others were just pretty bad and don't feel ashamed if you have to use a walk through like I did. The graphics are good and has a good old school feel to it with its colors, designs and scenery. The levels are good each one is pretty memorable with its designs and scenery from a subway station, a school and some sort of weird City, it's actually pretty nice to stare at the scenery and explored and see all the weird architecture. The characters are good I like Roman he is this sweet old man and you can tell he has a lot of regrets and feels very human, he also has some funny moments and then there's Freya she was adorable and sassy without coming off bratty. Also I really like the relationship between the two it has a very father daughter kind of feel to it. The enemies and bosses were good each one had a creepy and disturbing look that really felt like something you'd see in Silent Hill. The music was okay had some nice tracks that sort of felt like from Silent Hill. The voice acting was good, the character were believable. The atmosphere was good, nice and spooky; there were plenty of times as I played the game that made me tense up. Now let's talk about if this game is scary. it is even the people who are veteran horror fans like myself will find some good intense moments. Now it’s time for the dislikes, the game honestly feels half completed what I mean is this feels more like a long demo, I just feel like more could have been done like more levels and bosses that could have been added to the game, who knows maybe we'll get some DLCs doing all that but I doubt it. The puzzles like I said were okay, but there were a lot of puzzles that felt pretty bad even for a silent hill like game, so again don't feel ashamed if you get frustrated and have to look up a walkthrough. There were also some bugs in the game nothing really game breaking, but still kind of annoying like there was this part where I was fiddling with a dial in a subway car I needed to get one of the two endings and it felt pretty annoying to have to fiddle with it because it felt unresponsive. Finally there's also some weird frame rate/graphics issues sometimes the graphics won't render properly it's pretty noticeable in the opening for the game and some parts here and there. Okay with that all finally said and done with Post Trauma despite its flaws is a good old school, horror game, it has a good story, okay gameplay and good enemies and bosses. So I recommend this game if you're a fan of old school horror games, but I will say maybe get on sale just to save a few bucks.
