Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 18 → 0.43/day in the week after.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I played this a long time ago when I had it on CDROM. Man.. Life sure was simpler back then. Anyway, it is a decent adventure game with a fairly run of the mill story, though there are a few twists and turns that occur. At least that's how I remember it. I really just played it today to see how it runs on newer computers. Runs fine, though I kept clicking out of the screen due to having two monitors. I don't know that I'll ever really come back to it. That being said, it's a decent Adventure game that uses a First Person Perspective for a lot of looking around. It certainly feels out-dated at this point, but this game is often fairly cheap and could be a treat if you're a fan of the old adventure titles.
HATE the drawing the suspect ''puzzle'' and hate the holding a candle in front of that stupid painting puzzle even more. But damn that sweet noir, occult atmosphere draws you in so hard you can't help but fall in love with it.

Not really a bad game, but somewhat unfinished and poorly polished. The farther you go into the game, the less directions you get from it about what to do next, last minute re-writes of the script create bizarre plotholes, stuff like that. Just skip this one and go directly to Still Life where most of these problems were fixed, you won't be missing much. If you loved those enough then come back to try this one last, treat it as a prequel.
Not the best, but not bad
