I went into this game expecting it to be even better than Exit 8, given it is the sequel. It is not. There is zero challenge, you just run ahead for 90% of the anomalies, there are only like three that actually require you to do anything. You'll beat the game in 10 minutes or less. If you want a simple 1 - 2 hour game, play Exit 8. It is exceptionally better than this one.

The rules have changed a bit though, so be prepared for confusion in the beginning. Luckily there are some guides on the steam page if you get stuck. So is it better than the first game?
