Awesome sequel (or prequel?)!!! The premise is similar to Exit 8, but honestly easier! If there is an anomaly this time, all you have to do is either engage with it and its rules, or just run for your life to the next wagon! The gameplay here is fun, and completion isn't as difficult. The 3 achievements/endings (in a way) were great to discover, I especially like how Platform 8 ties itself in with Exit 8! Would definitely love to see this game series continue further! ^^

Great short liminal horror experience! the prequel to Exit 8! Loved the switch up of gameplay in this one, spotting anomalies to increase your car number to escape was very fun, I loved the tense atmosphere and the new anomalies were brilliant! The train setting was quite a big thing for me as I love trains in real life so I really enjoyed the ambience of walking between the cars! Great game! definitely pick it up!

I like it, but it's not as good as the original. The first one has some difficulty to it with how the anomalies work. Even if nothing seems off, you always need to check the signs for anything strange and it's something the player figures out for themselves. In this game, if the anomaly is a sign alteration, there's a yellow sign on the last door telling you, "Hey, player! Don't move on until you find the anomaly! Check the signs!". Feels like the developers are holding my hand a little too much. With all that being said, this game is still pretty spooky and I jumped a few times, just don't expect any level of real difficulty.

[h2]The train station is gaslighting me again[/h2] Platform 8, the sequel to The Exit 8, is actually a bit better than the original. There are a few genuinely entertaining moments that I won't spoil, and the overall presentation is well designed and visually impressive. My biggest complaint is that it's just too short. Like its predecessor, this feels more like a demonstration of what Unreal Engine 5 can do than a fully fleshed-out game. The core idea is good, but I wish they had expanded on it with multiple environments and combined them into a larger experience. The problem is that there's so little to do that it's hard to wholeheartedly recommend. Still, if you happen to get a copy, it's worth at least one playthrough. [b]Platform 8[/b] однозначно лучше, атмосфернее и интереснее чем [b]Exit 8[/b]. Если в "выходе" всё прохождение я испытывал лишь духоту, то в "платформе" я всё прохождение сидел в напряжении, ведь вышло действительно крипово, каждый вагон проходил с осторожностью и интересом. Всё потому что геймплей немного изменился. Теперь если аномалии нет, то её реально нет. Не нужно заниматься пиксельхантингом и искать неведомо что, тратя время, даже если аномалии на уровне и не было вовсе. Когда аномалия есть - она происходит, заставляя напугаться или напрячься. Нужно подумать как разобраться с ней или избежать её. А если это аномалии на поиск, то на двери появляется табличка, что ее нужно найти. Всё интуитивно понятно и просто, но без потери общей атмосферы. Хороший хоррор на час.

Игра крайне хороша ,аномалий стало в разы больше и они страшнее чем в Exit 8, появилось больше интеракций с ними . В игре присутствует аж 3 концовки, истинная концовка нехило так удивила. Если выбирать из Платформы и Выхода, то я предпочел бы Платформу, буду ждать 3 часть серии
