Planet Scanner

Overall, I enjoyed Planet Scanner. It has aspects that remind me of other games & media (Iron Lung, Lethal Company, and Gemini Home Entertainment come to mind), but generally remains original. Which is awesome, because I don't really think I've seen this mix of ideas before in a game, and I did enjoy it. I have some quips & nitpicks, but they're pretty minor. Length is about 2.5 hours, so use that to judge if you want to get it on sale or not. Support your local Godot dev!

I doubt I will be able to properly express how much I loved this game. The subtle slow descent into chaos is absolutely amazing and all the little details really pull it together. From the state of your room, to the social media posts and your emails, its done so well. I also think that there may be a smidge of inspiration from Gemini Home Entertainment. I was genuinely horrified and frightened at some points and the cosmic feeling of the horror ;) is wonderful. If you like weird, kinda simulator and cosmic horror, just play this game. And developer, please make more this is good stuff.

This was a surprisingly good game. I was worried at first because it's a SUPER slow burn horror, but definitely worth playing. A pretty short game, probably about 6-8 hours. Less if you don't experience lag or crashes, like I did. DEVS, if you're reading this, there currently is a bug where if you abort an upload, the game crashes! There is also a minor text error where under "radius" on the computer in the stock section, it says gravity. It also doesn't save my settings when I change it to boarderless fullscreen. All pretty minor, except the crash. Very fun game! Thank you for letting me play

A nice game that makes the most out of a minimal setting, good atmosphere working away scanning planets. Lots of details to appreciate.

I haven't played it for as long as I would like to yet but from what I have played so far I think it has such a satisfying and addictive game play loop
