Great fun and relaxing, while also being challenging. If you enjoyed the original The Settlers, this is a great follower to it.
I have bought this game on Early Bird. It reminds me to "Die Siedler" (The Settler). And i'm happy to bought it, because sometimes i play this game if i shut up from the reality. it makes me happy to see the small settlers and the detailed graphics to interact.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Downloaded again after a pop up in what's new on my library page. I couldn't get through the opening intro. The characters were too painful.
Its somewhere between a cozy city building sim and a stressful rts map control battle puzzle command and conquer style. Honestly... its just enough of both to keep both halves of my brain happy.
This game is trash. Its boring and the entire point of the game is to set up supply chains to equip and make units so you can conquer the enemies on the map. The combat is stupid and is the reason I quit the game. Only 12% of players have completed the 2nd campaign mission. That shows you that the Mostly Positive review is fake. The game is a list simulator with horrible annoying combat. For example, You need to take out an enemy base. You click your garrison to set an attack point on enemy base. You cant attack the base instead the people that occupy the base. But wait they are off gathering resources between 2 other enemy bases. If your lucky enough to see the enemy. I had it where 1 or 2 enemies would be gone so i couldn't kill the base. No wonder no one has done any campaign missions. What a crappy game. I mean really .... so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ boring. I was already debating on quiting the game because it was so boring but I kept thinking it would get better .... nope. The combat is an annoying ♥♥♥♥ show. So Stupid. Add the ability to control my units like an rts!!!
So super enjoyed the first game- couple things a bit broken now and then- but always able to get past it. Sometimes a bit challenging but I enjoyed! Played a bunch of custom maps to get some more playability. WAS SO STOKED WHEN I SAW DLC!!!! Beat it in a day- crammed a story into one map and I was super disappointed and bothered that I even spent the money on this- worst part is NO CUSTOM MAPS have the new "blight" or whatever its even called- totally lost me. I "saw" promise with this game. But now Im kinda icked out. Also INFURIATING trying to build/fight/prepare and continue to be interrupted by the "Story" in the DLC. It really felt like I was being force fed something while trying to finish chewing something else. I once upon a time would recommend- but am so deeply disappointed I'm not sure I can pick it up again.
I really want to like this game. I used to love Settlers 2,3,4, 2x10th, so I was looking forward to this one and tried really hard to give it many chances. And it is not a bad game, it is just not a good game - in my opinion. The campaign Is really, really, really tedious. Each map takes ages, even at 5x speed. Their map design is painful. For example, without having any clue that you would need to strengthen your economy with flax, cloth, wood, production in order to counter 50x spectres and 50x bandit raids at the same time, suddenly the computer just attacks you wave after wave, making it a reaaaaaally slow and painful climb back from perpetual destruction and rebuilding. Or, sometimes, the maps just run out of coal, or iron, or stone, or whatever resource you need, but very often you'll discover these problems only after you pretty much need to turn off all your economy to save the last remaining few items you have in order to get to the point where you need to restart the whole map. The art Is meh. Firstly, the buildings and units are all very, very samey. I poured 20+ hours into the game, and I can't really differentiate most buildings from each other. Units are not distinct either. The story characters are the usual woke garbage friendship of races. Blergh. Combat Is super tedious. You need to micromanage guard posts. You have no way to predict whether this time your units will insist on 1v1-ing an opponent or will gang up on them - hence, your fighting power could be a fraction of itself from one time to another, for seemingly no rhyme or reason. Enemies are rather annoying. Banditss, for example, steal your stuff. It does not feel good when they succeed, and it does not feel good when you kill the invaders, and it does not feel good when you destroy their camp. Spectres just make the equipment of your civilians and soldiers disappear. You had a veteran soldier? Too bad, now you have a civilian and he permanently lost the precious equipment. Time to train hundreds of Warlocks and Rangers for like 5 hours and micromanage them with each attack! The UI Has some flaws. For example, most production operates on a "pull basis". So, you build a production facility, and the training and equipment and input materials required for the facility get automatically requested from the relevant supply chain production and training facilities. However, sometimes they don't. For example, you build and Explorer's Hut, and the 10 explorers just don't get automatically trained, you have to find the building that trains them, and issue the command to train them. The game is still getting updates, so I'm confident that it will improve, maybe even to a level where I will not feel like it is a chore to play it, so who knows.
Top!!
