P5S is a great sequel to an incredible game. Hack-n-slashes aren't usually my cup of tea but this one was alright. The story is incredible and follows up on the events of 5 mainly, but fits into the canon of 5 Royal as well. My thoughts just after beating the game went as follows; its really good. genuinely feels like a sequel to p5 in every way except the combat. combat feels slow in the beginning but you get into a flowstste. i played on easy because im not comfortable with the combat. i wouldnt have minded if it was a turn based jrpg honestly though, but it allows for cooler action sequences so ill give it that story is great, not as good as a mainline game but there are good emotional beats and it respects the source material (ahem p5x). its based on the original not p5r so not much akechi or yoshizawa but thats fine for balancing. they really emphasise using the whole team in this one as the resistances and balancing account for it. i was getting my ass handed to me even in easy and having only one main team, i was under or average level constantly. spoilers! i wish they did more with the multi team thing in more dungeons like they did with the futaba hack and proofs ect ect. its used once for the final boss and it does it well enough but the stakes dont feel particularly high when im playing Postgame initial impressions i loaded up my save for the ♥♥♥♥♥ and giggles and i found there was rerematches of modt bosses and harder enemies and a superboss when i did allat. and wow. guys? where is this in the mainline games? thisd be cool asf. i get its a complete story and all but you could shoehorn some endgame challenges in im sure Overall, great experience, recommend it to a persona fan for sure. Just play 5 first.

Très bon jeu si vous connaissez déjà l'univers avec une bonne histoire et un gameplay beaucoup plus actif par rapport à la Sage principale. Vous aurez probablement des problèmes de frame/lag mais il existe des astuces si vous checkez sur internet.

Ho iniziato Persona 5 Strikers dopo aver giocato a Persona 4 Golden, Persona 3 Reload e Persona 5 Royal, tre titoli che considero semplicemente fantastici. Per questo motivo mi sono avvicinato a Strikers con parecchio scetticismo: il genere musou non mi ha mai convinto e le mie precedenti esperienze con giochi come Berserk e One Piece erano state decisamente negative. Partivo quindi molto prevenuto. Mi chiedevo: perché prendere una delle mie saghe videoludiche preferite e trasformarla in un action di questo tipo? Fortunatamente mi sono dovuto ricredere. Per la prima volta mi sono davvero divertito con un gioco appartenente a questo genere. A mio parere, Persona 5 Strikers riesce a integrare molto bene la formula action con gli elementi tipici della serie Persona, mantenendo gran parte della profondità narrativa che la contraddistingue e continuando a proporre riflessioni e critiche verso la società contemporanea, affrontando temi come l'intelligenza artificiale, l'alienazione e la crescente dipendenza dalla tecnologia. Pur non raggiungendo le vette di Persona 4 Golden, Persona 3 Reload o Persona 5 Royal, rimane comunque un titolo più che godibile e che consiglio a tutti i fan della saga. Lo considero quasi una sorta di sequel diretto o di grande espansione di Persona 5, anche perché introduce nuovi personaggi che, pur senza rivoluzionare la trama generale, contribuiscono ad ampliare ulteriormente il mondo e la lore dei Ladri Fantasma. Senza entrare nei dettagli per evitare spoiler, ho adorato i due nuovi membri che si uniscono ai Ladri Fantasma nel corso dell’avventura. Inserire nuovi personaggi in un gruppo già così affiatato non è mai semplice, ma in questo caso il risultato è stato ottimo: entrambi riescono a ritagliarsi il proprio spazio, risultano interessanti e si integrano perfettamente con il resto del cast, diventando rapidamente parte integrante della squadra. Se devo evidenziare un difetto, la pecca maggiore è probabilmente la gestione della telecamera durante i combattimenti. In alcune situazioni, soprattutto negli scontri più caotici, può risultare poco precisa e creare momenti di frustrazione, rendendo difficile tenere sotto controllo l’azione. Tuttavia, si tratta di un problema che non compromette l’esperienza complessiva e che, con il tempo, si impara a gestire senza particolari difficoltà. Contrariamente a quanto ho letto in alcune recensioni, non ho sentito particolarmente la mancanza della componente social tipica della serie Persona. Certo, i Social Link e la gestione del tempo sono elementi iconici del franchise, ma in Strikers ho percepito l’esperienza più come un viaggio estivo e una nuova avventura dei Ladri Fantasma. Il focus maggiore sull’azione e sulla storia non mi ha pesato e, anzi, ha contribuito a mantenere un buon ritmo per tutta la durata del gioco. In conclusione, Persona 5 Strikers è stata una piacevole sorpresa: un esperimento riuscito che dimostra come sia possibile adattare la formula Persona a un genere diverso senza tradirne l’identità. Non sarà il capitolo più memorabile della serie, ma è un’avventura che merita di essere giocata da chiunque abbia apprezzato Persona 5 / Persona 5 Royal.

if you liked persona 5, this is just an opportunity to spend more time with the cast. the core gameplay is different but to me in essence it still feels like a persona game, you're using personas, playing around with elements etc, banger music it was fun and didn't overstay its welcome, overall enjoyment 10/10
