Perfect Round Disc Golf

I am a pretty good disc golfer in real life so I picked this game up and I was pleasantly surprised! Just like real disc golf you must get a feel for the discs you are using and once you do its a really fun game to play! The physics aren't quite "real life" but good enough and you get that awesome feeling you do when you make an awesome putt from 100 ft out. Of course you also get the stomach sinking feeling as you see an upshot sail past the basket. I cant speak on the online portion because I haven't played but this game is worth getting if you like disc golf! Well done!

Game has fantastic potential. The flight physics are pretty great, probably best out of the few disc golf games there are. Disc selection is okay but heavily crowded with understable discs that can act unpredictably, especially for new players. Nice to see real brands in there. Graphics are kind of meh, and the optimization is poor, FPS for me varies between 60-200, on mostly medium settings. All in all a very enjoyable game and i am excited to see what it becomes! I have two main negative points: 1. I dont understand the reasoning behind the fantasy elements, and i don't think it adds anything for anyone. I won't ever be using any of the fantasy characters, and the fantasy elements on courses feel very silly. 2. The discs roll waay to easily. Especially as most of the courses in game have very sloped and bumpy greens, some courses are near impossible because it seems the center of gravity of the disc is around the rim, making it want to stand up and keep rolling for ages. 3. Courses are occasionally very unrealistic. Additions and improvement i would like to see: 1. Removal of all the fantasy elements and the addition of more realistic characters and courses 2. More stable discs (drivers mainly) 3. More skins for characters or perhaps a character builder I could see this becoming THE disc golf game that every player wants, am excited to see what the future brings.

I'm addicted. Disc golf during the day and Perfect Round at night. If you are wanting a fun game to play online with some of your disc golf buddies you've found it. The game is really straight forward for people that play disc golf and understand the basic flight mechanics. I couldn't believe that the discs in game flew how I expected them to! Right now there is an extensive lineup of Discraft and DGA discs that are available. You have to play with your character and earn coins to buy them, there is no pay to win option. After buying a game I appreciate not needing to buy anything else. Perfect Round Disc Golf definitely has an indie game feel to it and that's one of my favorite things. The game was created by a single person. I ran into an issue with tap ins not working and sent a message in the discord and within a day the creator of the game patched the issue. That is amazing! I'm excited to see what's in store for the future of this game. It feels like it's only the beginning of the journey and the possibilities are limitless. I would really love to see things like a course builder, disc degradation, disc customizations, and online tournaments in the future. If the game goes that direction or not I'm still going to be trying to throw that Perfect Round.

This is the best disc golf game out there currently. The best game to play to scratch the disc golf itch when you can't play IRL. The ability to throw hyzers, hyzer flips, turnovers and have them feel true to a real disc flight puts disc golf valley to shame!

good game

camera angles are awful. having to hit space right in the little yellow area is annoying. if you're off at all you will miss a 10ft putt that should be a tap in. the camera is always at your feet when choosing a throw. your throwing power is never the same twice. the ground physics are straight dog trash. even if the disc hits the ground on a roller angle it will just stop in its tracks. the tree hitboxes are too big. you can be a foot to the side of the tree and still end up hitting it. just all around needs alot of work to even be playable. also the main menu is awful. cursor just dissapears.

I'm an avid disc golfer so i was excited to play this game. Its pretty fun but takes a few rounds to figure out the gameplay. Courses are kind of limited, i think there's 5-6? 18 hole courses. Once i switched to controller it was a bit more enjoyable for me. i personally like the game but wish there were more courses and the discs are limited.

I'm genuinely confused on the positive reviews. This game is pretty awful. You'll miss a tree by ten feet but the hit boxes are trash so you'll hit it anyway. Camera angles will make your lie unplayable. Pace of play is slow, putting is laughably bad. Not really any positives to speak of.
