About
Peregrino is an isometric survival management game where you must cross a cursed land, making the life-or-death decisions necessary to survive your path toward paradise.
Enter the sinister land in-between, prove your faith, survive the profane abominations that guard it, and navigate the shadows where every tough decision defines your own path to salvation.
Brutal Survival Management
Scavenge, hunt, and fight to survive in the cruel land in-between. Manage scarce resources to sustain your journey, secure your camp, and prepare for nightfall, when the divine custodians of New Eden begin their hunt.
Gruesome Horror Journey
Face grotesque, profane, and nightmarish abominations, divine custodians who test your worthiness. Combat alone won’t save you. Faith will be tested as these horrors grow stronger after dusk, but so do the rewards for those who endure.
A Journey of Lost Souls
You are not alone in these woods. Scattered throughout the forest, you will find pilgrims, each with their own story and unique requests. Help them navigate their path and discover their ultimate fate. In this world, every encounter is a piece of the puzzle in your quest for New Eden.
Your Bastion Against the Night
The caravan is your home and your only defense against the encroaching dark. It is a vital sanctuary where you can take refuge and prepare for what lies ahead. Upgrade your crafting stations to unlock more powerful gear and essential items. The deeper you go, the harsher it gets and you will need the best equipment to survive.
Risk, Reward, and Craftsmanship
Choose your path through the forest carefully, manage your inventory, and extract with your loot before it’s too late. Resources are rare and space is limited. Decide what to take, what to leave, and how to transform scraps into vital tools, weapons, and supplies.
A Grim 19th-Century Vision
Immerse yourself in a haunting world inspired by gothic horror and religious folklore with a hand-crafted, grim 19th-century aesthetic. Each playthrough is unique, shaped by the people you meet, the horrors you face, and the choices you make.

I asked a refund. The way this game is presented on its store page does not match the actual experience. Based on the promotional material, it seemed like a mix of survival/crafting and some form of caravan or group-based progression. The trailers and descriptions strongly suggest that you would be traveling as part of a group, making decisions together and managing more than just a single character. That is not the case. There is no caravan system in practice, no recruitable companions, and no crew to manage. NPCs are present, but only in the form of vendors or quest givers. They do not accompany you, and there are no mechanics related to group management or shared survival. The marketing language reinforces this expectation by repeatedly using “we,” implying a collective experience. In reality, the gameplay is entirely solo, focused only on the player character’s basic needs and progression. There is also an apparent disconnect when it comes to the narrative. The trailers suggest a thematic journey involving proving yourself and making meaningful sacrifices to reach some form of “paradise.” In-game, this does not materialize. The objective structure is minimal, essentially directing you to collect sacred seals without any deeper narrative context or impactful choices. Overall, the advertising creates expectations that the game does not fulfill. Anyone looking for a caravan-style or group-oriented survival experience is unlikely to find it here.
This game would have been fine as early access, but to be brutally honest the store page description is borderline false advertising. There's no journey, no companions, and you're not leading anyone through "the vast wilderness". What you're actually doing is exploring a few relatively small areas of a forest and then going back to sleep at your base, where you'll also be crafting stuff and cooking food. Sometimes you'll find a shack or a trailer or something in the forest and there will be some lines of dialogue next to a static image of a character. They'll send you on 2 or 3 simple fetch quests and then you will never interact with them again. I guess that's what they mean by "care for your companions"? Don't get me wrong, the game is fun in its current state as an isometric survival game, but it's nothing like how it's advertised. It hurts me to give it a thumbs down but I can't really recommend it to anyone as it is, as I'd be recommending an incomplete product.
Peregrino is a surprisingly lovely experience wrapped in a dark and atmospheric world. The contrast between the calm caravan management and the tension of exploring the cursed forest works really well, and the core mechanics feel engaging and well thought out. That said, the game currently feels a bit incomplete, like there’s still more potential waiting to be unlocked. I genuinely hope the developers continue expanding this world, because Peregrino has a strong foundation and could grow into something truly special. ❤️
Just 100%'d the game. My thoughts. - The game has no stonewalling. Its good and bad. You can max out your ENTIRE camp in just 3 zones, all completely doable in a short period. Again, 100% and it took me 20 hours will full achievements. - You will have an overabundance of materials. The devs probably should of made limiting factors on how you could obtain items because to me it was far too easy to do. - There are basically three enemy types in the game. There are variations of all three and frankly, super lack luster. - All of the quests in the game are incredibly boring. Its "retrieve item and come back to me". There is no nuance to any of the quests at all. Its just retrievals. - There is no incentive at all to upgrade your weapons with anything other than 1 upgrade to increase damage. It just is too good compared to everything else. - Faith is a problem at first, but gets to be absurdly easy to obtain just like food and every other material. The survival factor in the game is non-existent late game. - Combat gets to be a drag later on. You realize you can basically 1 shot every enemy with a rifle and two shot even the hardest of enemies. I can't say it was very enthralling. Dev Notes: - Some of the maps aren't correct. I believe it was the thicket of the meek that had locations that weren't even listed or accurate. - The treasure dig's should've been 1 and done and never allowed them to dig them again. It made the game absurdly easy when revisiting areas. - Quest givers should've been more than retrievals. I loved the feel of this game, but it fell flat in several areas like this that made it lacking. - Combat needed far more enemies and some areas that were high profile. 2-3 enemies in most areas are absolutely not a challenge late game. Harder / higher quantities of enemies were needed with less loot dropping. - The ending was a complete let down. A text ending was a cop out and I can only imagine you guys had total burnout and were forced to release or you guys lost the sauce. Overall, a decent game, but there are definitely things lacking. I give it a 7/10. Also, to anyone on the fence here, Its worth the play, but just know you are buying a flawed game.

Me explico. Es buen juego. No me mal entiendan. Me pareció tan anti-climático. De lo mas desazonado y sin chiste. Un simple texto al final y ya.
No Rest for the Wicked.
