About
Establish the greatest regime in history in this darkly satirical colony sim and FPS roguelite hybrid. Build a prosperous totalitarian state, enforce policies, and lead your troops into first-person battles that grow from desperate skirmishes into large-scale mechanized war.
Dictate wisely. Every choice shapes society, for better or worse.
Mold your citizens through fear, propaganda, surveillance, punishment or rule as a benevolent leader through comfort and prosperity.
While they work for the State, they may grow grateful, afraid, loyal, or quietly rebellious, until dissent becomes revolt.
Venture into the fractured territories of the Tyris System to gather resources, conscript new citizens, trade with wandering merchants, and feed the growth of your colony.
Fight beside your troops in roguelite FPS battles, from hostile ships to large-scale mechanized battlefields of infantry, tanks, and mechs, spreading your doctrine and eliminating threats to humanity.
Weakened foes can be captured and dragged back to your base.
Behind prison doors, resistance can be crushed through fear, indoctrination, execution, or conversion, until an enemy becomes a citizen, a warning to would-be rebels, or another tool of the regime.
Elite enemies, bosses, and Sector Overlords flood the battlefield with bullets, lasers, missiles, drones, artillery, and overlapping projectile patterns.
This is war at scale, but you are not alone. Order your troops to secure victory, or use them as expendable shields to achieve your ends.

Turn a handful of survivors into a vast, tightly run, self-sustaining colony.
Assign citizens to mine, gather, haul, research, and manufacture weapons, armor, food, and supplies. Watch fragile shelters become the machinery of the State.
Collect roguelite cores during each expedition to grow stronger, survive longer, and push deeper into enemy territory.
Weapon Cores reshape how your guns handle. Combination Cores create synergies between different core sets. Others strengthen the troops fighting beside you, or turn them into sacrificial shields for your survival.
Each run becomes a shifting war machine built around you, your squad, and the chaos you unleash together.

Pax Autocratica is a totalitarian colony sim and FPS roguelite hybrid that combines base building, citizen management, and first-person chaotic battlefields filled with infantry, vehicles and bullet hell. It offers a dynamic, accessible, and approachable gameplay experience for all in a sci-fi dystopian world.
It’s a game about power. How it’s built, how it corrupts, and how it consumes.
You will command armies, dictate laws, and witness consequences in every face that salutes you or fears you.

I bought this game yesterday 8/16/26 and i haven't seen anything combine the best of these genres as much as this game has, i played for a long time and i'm still wanting to play more "fall in line magots and buy this game, your destiny awaits"

18hrs in so far and I love it! Kind of bummed that it's only early access but there is a good amount of content currently! I would love to see more improvement of the sorting of your soldiers and better interface for managing your base and assignments but I am sure the devs will polish this up prior to the full release. If you like roguelike and or base creation you should like this game, I am excited to max out my progress as much as I can and wait anxiously for the full release!
Пока чекаем, полёт нормальный
Use the bow and get the storm arrow ability and win every expedition :)
A simple but fun game. Excited to see where this goes :)
What a breath of fresh air! It is early access. But it is great. A nice relaxing slightly cynical management / shooting game.
Played for coming up on 20 hours now and I'm in the latter quarter of the game. I have to say I've had a TON of fun with this game. The systems are engaging enough to be interesting but simple enough to not be overwhelming. I'm not typically a fan of Roguelikes, and have dabbled in colony sims, but I'm very much an FPS player. I'm happy to say I find this game blends those elements spectacularly and I've been hooked since booting it up. At its heart, it's an FPS shooter with Roguelike dressing. I've seen the gunplay be described as Doom, and I think there's definitely an argument for it, but to me feels more like Borderlands. It's satisfying to kill, and the fun really ramps up the more power you get. Surrounding the FPS gameplay is a light colony sim where you track NPC's feeling towards each other and you. I've not experienced any dissident gameplay, but I might look into that later on. You capture most of your NPC grew through Pokeball-like gameplay duiring your FPS missions, and then put them in an incubator until they're ready to join you. Most of the buildings you will build in your base have upgrades that will aid you in your future FPS outings, and can be really engaging planning your next upgrades. Typically, your time at base will be spent setting up upgrade paths, crafting, talking to NPC's to give them buffs, and managing worker output. In other games I'd probably find this tedious, but in this game, I think it provides some nice downtime between the frenetic FPS combat. Once you get set at your base, you embark on a mission that begins your Roguelike Run. You'll be put into a galactic map, where you will choose your encounter. Time advances when you move your ship to the next point of interest, and as time passes, your enemy grows stronger. This puts a soft time limit on your adventure, as enemies can scale past what you can handle. Once you get into a combat POI, the FPS gameplay starts. After the first (and consecutive) waves of enemies, you get a random set of 3 abilities to choose from. To me, it seems like once you get started down a path, more of those choices become weighted toward that path. During these runs, you can gain materials for upgrades and crafting, and have the opportunity to capture more NPC's to work for you. After completing enough Points of interest, youi're given the opportunity to do a final encounter that will advance the storyline. Each sector of the galaxy has 3 of these encounters (currently 3 sectors, so 3x3), after which, you will be rewarded handsomely, and can take everything you've gained back to the base with you. Death in this game is a setback, but doesn't feel punishing. You lose some materials you picked up during your run, but it feels fair in that it at least rewards you for your time. If you're looking for Tarkov, this isn't it. TL:DR Game's awesome. Worth the price, can't stop thinking about it, and I hope it blows up and the devs get the support because I think this is really special.
