The game offers a brilliant twist to classic strategy games by its first person perspective. You get to explore the island and run your little settlement while also getting involved in building it from scratch, collecting materials, making trades and protecting it from intruders. This game shows great potential and I'm really looking forward to new updates and added features! It also runs smoothly on my Catalina despite the warnings on the Steam page.
This is the sort of game that I've been looking forward to for a long time. There's a lot of creativity, and I'd like to see more like it. Even though it's still rough around the edges now, I believe great things are in store for this game.
Good game with lots of potential. Well balanced mechanics mean games can turn quickly for or against you depending on your strategy. Also nice that this game offers an interesting take on resource management; definitely one if you're a fan of the board game Catan. Looking forward to seeing this continue to develop.
Awesome experience so far! There's a bit of a learning curve in the beginning, but after the tutorial and half an hour or so of figuring things out after that, things really pick up. Fascinating concept implemented very well. It's a novel take on games like Stardew Valley or Mineraft, but in this one you're in control of a whole settlement and all of its villagers, including its soldiers. I'm hooked; can't wait to give multiplayer a try!
Path to Prosperity has a very promising concept : a military strategy game with a fist person perspective. You play Napoléon on foot leading his army. Being in early access, there are a few bugs now and then but there are some major updates released very often that offer important graphics and gameplay improvements. That being said, the game has already a nice relaxing atmosphere and looks like a lot of fun in multiplayer with a friend. The developers are also attentive to the community observations on discord wich makes you feel like you can take part on the direction it's taking. It will be really polished in a few months, so don't hesitate if you're into strategy games and you wanna support a young indie studio !
NOTE: This game is losing its traction with regular updates, the Discord hasn't had a new post for a couple years. Sadly this game is looking to just be a passion project by maybe one person to a small team. NOTE 2: The updates are small but they keep coming. There is hope in my heart that this game is found and the dev is able to continue growing this game with more community support one day. An amazingly fun game, continuously in development despite the low popularity. The kind of game that scratches the city-builder, low-level FPS, and strategy itch that you get in your endeavors. There should be no expectation of a triple-a level of development and gaming aspects, but an immense amount of fun nonetheless with the game that exists now. I can not wait for more updates in the future and to keep bragging to my buddies about how my itches feel so scratched.
I like it.
Great core game play, huge potential. Some bugs of course but I always love a good FPS\RTS can't wait to see where it goes!
It's a good game.
