This is soooo addictive!!! I'm having to pry myself away from the screen in order to go out for dinner, but I keep thinking about what I want to do next with my community of villagers! If anyone has even slight OCD tendancies, like I do, good luck not spending hours placing your houses in neat little rows - so satisfying! Could not recommend this game enough.
Path to Prosperity has a lot of potential. I love the idea and it is already entertaining and quite addictive, even at early access. Really looking forward to the development of this one
The game is brilliant, the buildings and surroundings are excellent designed. The game idea is amazing. I have built plantations, farms, towers, barracks, houses and more. After a short time one get familar with the game. The pirates are surprising, but you can really kill them with the pistol gun. Aiming is a little bit difficult, Perhaps, that should be explained by the designers of the game in the introduction. I have enjoyed playing this game very much, but I think I will repeat this experience very often in the near future. Thank you for the great entertainment value.

Fine idea. unsure about where they are going with it, but it seems like they will go for the RTS part and building a city. But UI doesn't work for either, that has to be improved a lot and the experience... combat is also behind, but "works"... although you as a player will be at a disadvantage against any AI enemies in being 1 shotted or sniped. it would not be bad against AI vs AI, but vs you? not so great. it got long ways to go, it's half way in every aspect. Big issue as a player, trouble with the UI and interactions + bugs + no UI to tell you about your town/city nor it's resources which sucks. they might seem to be fixing some of the terrain issues currently, to make it more RTS focused? but reduce exploration and stuff, and if they do a good job with resources on the map. also that it needs an hero status for the player, so that they can be upgraded and get around, from not just having a worse weapon and slow walking (horses? shield? sword units? player becoming one?) hero status as in becoming any unit or start off as that type of unit with different stats for balance or a hero that can become any unit.
Really enjoying this game! I know it is early access but still it's got solid gameplay and I love the attention to detail. You have to build up your settlement and make sure you keep yourself and everyone else alive whilst also sending money back to the crown, exploring the island and fighting off any pirates! I've found the developers to be really responsive to feedback, they genuinely want to make a good game and are listening to players. Can't wait to see where they go with it! Off to go and look for some ore now...
As I am new to gaming I've fallen on my feet with this one . The tutorial is easy to follow and once I got my head round the concept of the game I really started to enjoy it . I can see it becoming addictive. From talking to others it appears to be a great game for all levels of expertise and I like the fact you can play in the single person or in a group . Well done Phil and John .
Huge potential. Core gameplay loop is great and the devs are always hard at work pushing updates and fixing bugs
Great balance to the game. I love the feeling of the RPG but also all of the building and development characteristics of a city-building game. Would definitely recommend checking it out!
Game devs are more then happy to help with work arounds.
This is the sort of game that I've been looking forward to for a long time. There's a lot of creativity, and I'd like to see more like it. Even though it's still rough around the edges now, I believe great things are in store for this game.
