Party Pumper

Disclaimer: I've got the game via Steam curators program. Party Pumper is creative DJ-themed rhythm and multitasking VR game. Core gameplay loop is already fun and addictive on the EA stage, now it just needs more content. Pros: + Challenging tactile gameplay with responsive controls(with small exception for a few bugs) + Groovy visuals, very appropriate for the setting + Interesting implementation of rhythm game in VR, it's nothing like Beat Saber for a change) Cons: - It currently has only 2 levels - There are some item interaction bugs: on Pool level Glasses gadget can't be removed after use; sometimes twisting doesn't work; sometimes combo requires putting an item, that is already on the table; - Tutorial does not explain, how Volume on One-offs buttons works

No vibes for me here. love the idea, but the concept with the different forms didn`t make sense. I prefer less abstract way of mixing the party than this.

This is just a quickie review. I actually played this a while ago, but the curator program I am involved with gave 2 keys and Dicky wrote up a review for the group before I did - group can be found >[url=https://store.steampowered.com/curator/23133713/]HERE[/url]< (and video gameplay for this one too) Still, I wanted to give it a +1 from me too as I feel it deserves more attention. Its a neat little rhythm based game that does things a bit different from other titles in the genre. There is more than meets the eye, with some layers to the mechanics. Thankfully, there is a handy tutorial thats easy to follow and brings you through the basics https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1918313870 Its well made too, with each component having a feel of quality to it. I found it quite challenging, but as I discovered afterwards, I was repro'ing down to the 40's in terms of FPS (might blame that on why I sucked XD). It wasnt as noticeable as you would think, normally 40s would be headache inducing for me, but clearly I didnt find it so bad as I continued playing like this for the session. This was using an Index running at 120Hz with a 2080ti and SS set to 140%. I just tested it with different settings now to give a better idea of performance. Returning to default SS (which has a resolution of 2469x2743) the game ran 90% of the time at half (60fps). Changing down to 90Hz and the experience was worse as it spent most of the time at half (45fps). So the game is pretty intensive, the limited in game graphical settings made little difference, so in order to lock 90fps I would have to reduce the resolution below default. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1918312005 This is a little gem of a game IMO. My only request really would be to have a seated mode, Im surprised it doesnt have the option actually! Sensibly priced, thumbs up.

В это играть интересно. Ритм поселяется в твоем сердце, начинаешь все успевать. Чем больше освобождается твое внимание, когда уже научишься, тем больше подмечаешь деталей, лучше делаешь свою сосредоточенную работу, и тем тебе веселее. Разнообразия внешне немного, а на деле оно есть, и в ритмах, и в событиях. В общем, развлечь гостей - только твоя задача, крутись :)

Годная игра! Я не очень с ритмическими играми, но эта прям завела. Отдельно хочу отметить, что когда на сцену выбегает чувак, то его можно натурально выкинуть со сцены, что прекрасно. Еще бы добавили жлобов, которые подходят и требуют поставить ВОРОВАЕК, тогда бы это было 100 симуляторов диджея\10. А так 50\10! Батя грит малаца!
