Received for free for the ViveVR curator group, see links at the bottom to join the group and curator program! This game needs more love, it's priced right, a lot of fun and very well done! Why isn't it getting more talk on VR forums I'll will never understand. Everything a game should be, drop shapes to the beat onto the mixing desk and get the party pumpin! It's an above-average VR game and Idea at the price of a below-average VR game. You've got nothing to lose trying it and I highly recommend you should. Especially if you're into rhythm games and like a little club or party get the crowd moving action. I go into the game more in the video so check it out but have to say once again it's a bargain at this price and needs much more love. buy it, you won't be disappointed and if you are, take a good look at yourself! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=opS2y2PL5VQ Is a nice dj simulator where you are the dj at parties, as the name suggests. It has cool visuals with the colours and different settings of play. Though the gameplay doesnt make much sense to me as im following what the instructions say to do but am still not getting it. Perhaps i'll have to try it again. More levels and content would also be great to have as it doesnt have many levels as of yet, but it is still in early access. Though it is cheap enough on a sale for to be at least be taking a look at.

Party Pumper von Fibrum Limited ist ein, tja was ist es eigentlich? Ein Musik-Party-DJ-Entertainerspiel für Singles? In Party Pumper stehen wir als Hauptact auf einer Bühne und vor uns steht ein futuristisches DJ-Pult. Keine Turntables und Regler oder ähnliches, sondern geometrische Formen, die z.B. den Beat repräsentieren, müssen im Takt auf die Oberfläche gelegt werden. Kling einfach, ist es aber nicht immer. Sind die aufgelegten Samples abgelaufen müssen sie schnell durch neue oder andere ausgetauscht oder mal nach links mal nach rechts gedreht werden, damit der Beat nicht abreißt und die Partygäste weiter feiern können. Ein netter Flugroboter, der auch durch das Tutorial führt, begleitet uns auf unseren Partys und gibt zwischendurch nicht nur Samplecombos vor, die das Publikum richtig anheizen sollen, sondern versorgt uns auch noch mit allerlei Utensilien. Damit wird das Partyvolk bei Laune gehalten, oder das DJ-Pult zerstört .... https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1918068211 Die Interaktion mit dem Botpublikum (leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit echte VR-Multiplayerpartys zu schmeißen) ist wichtig, um einen hohen Score zu erreichen. Der Flugbot hält hierfür z.b. Schaumkanonen und anderes Partyspielzeug bereit, aber nicht immer finden alle Gäste deine Show auch toll. Wer das Publikum nicht richtig in Fahrt bring, bekommt schnell mal einen Latschen an den Kopf geschmissen oder die Bühne wird gestürmt, um dich lächerlich zu machen. Solche Störer werden natürlich mit einem kräftigen Griff in den Nacken wieder zurück auf den Boden der Tanzsachen befördert. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1918068780 Natürlich darf nicht nur das Publikum Spaß haben, wir können uns auch gerne einen Schluck aus den von Robi angebotenen Getränken genehmigen ... aber glaubt mir, besoffen legt es sich nicht mehr so gut auf ;) Party Pumper ist ein lustiges Interaktionspiel mit guter elektronischer Musik, es macht Spaß dem Publikum anzuheizen und mit den verschiedenen Formen interessante Tracks zu kreieren. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit vor richtigem virtuellem Publikum aufzulegen. This was a very nice surprise!! Honestly, I did not expect it to be awesome :) At first I wasnt sure and had this on my wishlist, even asked dumb question via discussions. This is much better than electronauts, here is actually a game and a good one. Im keen music producer and dj (only a hobby, just messing with Cubase/Reason11 etc) and found this game really addicting and well made. Samples are high quality and good variety. Even though only 2 locations, it never really sounds the same. Music creation and keeping crowd happy is very satisfying and we have battles with my 2nd half :) I hope devs have more locations/samples in making and will happily buy new DLC. Such amazing game! Graphics are good too. 8/10

[i]Game provided via the Steam Curator program.[/i] Basically a DJ simulator in VR. + Great visuals + Great music and sound effects + Smooth controls + Great performance in VR - Personally the gameplay and mechanics make no sense to me Definitely a fun and innovative game to play in VR, very pleasing to the eye. The content is there but there is not much of it. Get it on a sale.

DJ Ziffi is in da House! (getestet mit der Valve Index) In Party Pumper sollen wir als DJ richtig Stimmung verbreiten und den Club einheizen. Dazu steht uns ein futuristisches DJ-Pult zur Verfügung. Doch anstelle von Plattentellern, Knöpfchen und Schaltern nutzen wir geometrische Figuren die wir rechtzeitig im Rhythmus auf unserem Pult platzieren müssen. Dabei steht jedes der Objekte für ein anderes Atribut, wie z.B. Bass, Drums oder Melodie. Stellen wir uns gut an eröffnen sich uns weitere Möglichkeiten. Neben Buttons und Reglern auf unserem Pult erhalten wir auch Party-Gadgets wie eine Seifenblasenpistole, eine Partybrille oder sogar eine Schaumkanone. Außerdem müssen wir auch mal wild im Takt mit den Armen wedeln um unser Publikum in Wallung zu bringen. Die Stimmung des Publikums sehen wir sowohl anhand eines eingeblendeten Stimmungsbarometers als auch an den Reaktionen. Entweder jubeln sie uns zu und feinern uns ab, oder aber die Stimmung kippt und wir werden sogar mit Schuhen beworfen und ausgebuht. Am Ende jeder Session bekommen wir Punkte, je nachdem wir genau wir den Beat getroffen haben, wie viele Gadgets wir eingesetzt haben usw. Unseren Highscore können wir natürlich auch mit dem Rest der Welt vergleichen. Die Steuerung wird uns in einem netten kleinen Tutorial von einem freundlichen Roboterhelfer erklärt, der uns auch im späteren Spiel weiter begleitet. Greifen und Platzieren der Objekte geht gut von der Hand und mit etwas Training und Rumprobieren hat man nach und nach ein gutes Gefühl für die einzelnen Bedienfelder, Knöpfe etc. Lediglich das Drehen abgelegter Objekte zum Ändern des Effekts funktionierte bei mir nicht immer reibungslos, ging mit etwas Übung aber dann auch. Fingertracking wird allerdings nicht unterstützt, einem pöbelndem Publikum den Mittelfinger zu zeigen ist also nicht möglich. Da wir nur hinter dem Pult stehen ist Fortbewegung nicht nötig, von daher auch für Leute mit Anfälligkeit für Motion Sickness kein Problem Die Grafik des Spiels macht einen ganz guten Eindruck. Alles lief flüssig, es gab einige nette Effekte und das Publikum lässt es gut krachen. Allerdings stehen uns zur Zeit nur 2 Zonen zur Verfügung, ein Club und eine Poolparty, die wir jeweils in 3 unterschiedlichen Schwierigkeitsgraden spielen können. Der elektronische Sound passt zum Geschehen und fügt sich gut ein. Durch unsere eigenen Effekte haben wir einen gewissen Einfluss auf die Musik, allerdings kann ich nicht behaupten dass ich im Eifer des Gefechts groß darauf geachtet hätte. Insgesamt macht das Spiel einen guten Eindruck, auch wenn es nur 2 Lokalitäten gibt bietet es anhand der Gadgets und Interaktionsmöglichkeiten doch genug zu tun. Außerdem macht es sogar noch Spaß die Party anzuheizen und wild fuchtelnd hinter dem DJ-Pult zu stehen. Da der Preis angemessen ist gebe ich eine Kaufempfehlung für alle Hobby-DJ´s ab. This is freakin' awesome! I did like the gameplay and the beats and everything. There were some small hiccups, but they were minor, especially given the price. Bravo Party Pumper, well done!

This game is pretty good. Looks good super polished and responsive but it's basically a minigame. You could probably play it on your phone and it would be the same thing. There's some musicality to it so you can get into a groove. but only 2 areas needs more to unlock. It's the kind of game that quickly ends up in the back of your library. Similar to Electronauts which is way better. The game as it stands should be about half the price. The game is early access so if they add about 3-5 more areas to unlock then it might be worth it.
