Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Sep 10 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Welcome to Parkitect, a modern take on a classic theme park tycoon where you build and manage the theme parks of your dreams. Construct your own coasters, design an efficiently operating park that fully immerses your guests in its theming and play through the campaign. Both the campaign and the sandbox mode can be played in single player mode or cooperatively by up to 8 players building together online!
Create the perfect park for your guests! Deform the terrain, place water, build structures!
With a huge selection of decorative objects from various themes you can design your park however you want. And for more you can get custom scenery from the Steam Workshop or mod in your own!
Top off that park with your very own roller coaster! Design it yourself or choose from a number of exciting designs. Spinning, looping, launching, flying - with over 70 of the worlds most popular types of theme park rides you'll always be able to surprise your guests.
Parkitect maps are huge, yet every tile matters. Adventure park or fantasy land? Why not both? The only limit is your imagination. From the smallest details such as placing each flower pot, to designing massive roller coasters, you decide the depth of your journey.
Building is only half of the challenge! You'll need to keep an eye on the finances and guest satisfaction to stay on top, and for the first time in a theme park game the "behind the scenes" parts of your park have a meaning too! Route resources to your various shops without annoying your guests and keep the staff areas out of the public eye for the perfect immersive experience.

Build your way through a challenging campaign! 26 scenarios with unique settings will put your theme park management and coaster designing skills to the test. And there's always more - download scenarios created by the community from Steam Workshop or design your own with the scenario editor. With the landscape generator you'll create your own unique setting in no time. And if you're more of a creative player there's the sandbox mode!

I love roller coaster tycoon. This is roller coaster tycoon. Good campaigns with a variety of scenarios.
This game is a spiritual successor to RollerCoaster Tycoon 1 / 2. It may not carry its name. but gameplay wise, and visually you right home with the isometric view. The game expands on the classic fomular, by introducing some staff management, with plays into the park decorating role. I was at first overwhlmed a little by it. But the system grew onto me. What I like about this game especially are: - The coaster builder allows you more freedome as RCT's (no wonder we have like 25+ years of advancement in technology) - The expansion on building decoration. (I recomment you build new buildings based on the decroation of the delivery Building most scenarios have, to get a hang a feel of what can be done. Its suprcingly alot) - This game is the perfect middle ground for me, between simple and yet allowing things to do. I know you can do even more realtic and detailed stuff in planet coaster for example. But then sometimes you just like to build a simpler park and enjoy your time. And this is where this hits right home! And on a plus side you can download the RCT Campane from the Steam Workshop, the community converted all 140+ scenarios. Giving you plenty of things to do if you want to.

Chill park builder, great for playing while chatting with friends, etc. Has a bit of a difficulty curve and the game reeeally doesn't hand-hold you, but eventually things will start to make sense if you stick with it. TONS of user-created prefabs in the workshop you can find to place in your games pre-decorated, but it's disappointing there doesn't seem to be a way to filter out the ones which require paid DLC (nearly all of them). Multiplayer is fun with friends when it works (we weren't able to join a game in-progress, but the pregame lobby worked fine), though it doesn't really add any new dimensions to the gameplay.
Chill fun time. Multiplayer is smooth, AND you can play the campaign through mp as well.
Really nice amusement park building game. Great management mechanics, and good enough graphics. Really feels like a spiritual successor to RCT.
This game started off rough years ago but its a masterpiece now. It's a great recreation of RCT2. There are some things to be desired that the Planet Coaster franchise does better, but overall Parkitect is a better game. It's not fancier and the graphics are not better, but it is well thought out and immensely entertaining.
The customization in this game is insane. You can even make a penis if you want to
This is a modern version of Rollercoaster Tycoon down to its roots. If you feel like modern park builders like Planet Zoo or Planet Coasters don’t do it for you then Parkitect is for you.
Honestly... I just like building little one off rides that are fully themed and then starting a new one. This is an artists playground and it's a wonderful experience. There is tremendous value in this game just from the perspective of the time you'll spend tinkering to improve a rides stats. I think they could improve the game tremendously by adding a zoo expansion; water park expansion; crazy ride expansion; etc. but I digress. Solid buy.
Brought new joy to the world of park building and sim games! I can't say enough positive things about this game, it has been such a fun experience to play around with sandbox features as well as the career progression.
