Positive & negative Energie: Eigenständige, okkulte Ressourcen bringen neue Systeme ins Spiel.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I generally like it. It's a bit of a chernobylite with a car, or Stalker plus rogue-lite aspects plus upgrading/building plus car. It's a pseudo-horror-game (I don't think it aims to be a horror game) where you drive through envoironments mired with stalker-type anomalies and try to gather resources to bring to your central home point, the garage. There you upgrade the car or your gear, then you head out again. It gets somewhat repetative quite fast, but that's to be expected of such games. I loved one aspect in particular: The fine grained difficulty selectors. You can select the damage to you or your car, how much resources are around and so on, and that's all great, but the best is: usually in the main game, about 15 minutes (sometimes faster) in a zone it begins to destabilize and collapse, whcih means you need to haul ass to the exit. I hate such time limits. But you can simply just turn those off in the settings. Awesome. Also nice: not all of the anomalies are bad. There's one that repairs your car, one that loads your battery, one that leaves behind resources.. But yeh most damage you or annoy you in other ways One thing that got on my nerves in particular tho. Allow me to digress a bit. You have a research- and upgrade tree, but the game makers gave most of the top-tier items in the tree such huge downsides that you'll probably stay at the mid-level car parts. Before I get to the parts, let me start with: One of your most valuable resources is battery power. Every gadget, the radio, the headlights, the wipers, everything needs battery and the battery drains pretty fast, headlights alone can put it to half in 30 minutes and healights don't use too much. Unlike real cars, it ain't charged by a running engine, not even by driving. You get a few attachments to the side of the car that generate energy, but not all that much. Now the parts.. mid-level armored bumper gives you 25% impact resist and 15% explosion resist. Latest bumper, the powered one, ups that to 40 and 35.. but drains more than 3 times the energy the headlights do. Tires the same. Midlevel offroad tires gives road B, offroad AA, water A. Latest tires are powergrip ones with AA B C respectively, already not that great, but they have extra traction function so you can climb steep hills. But they use 60 times the energy of the lights and can empty your starting battery completely in a minute. Worst of all is the engines. You'd think your upgrades would make them more powerful but less resource hungry. Well more powerful they do get but.. midlevel engine gets 196 HP and 14 miles/gallon. Latest one gets 300 HP but just 9 miles per gallon. And even with midlevel you constantly have to stop to refuel. It's simply not worth the hassle. And there is an electric engine with 234 horses, but it empties the starting battery in 25 seconds. Yes, you can add additional batteries, and the power generators, but the insane running costs of the highest level stuff makes it so you probably won't use it undless you build every other thing of your car just around that (two extra batteries, 4 power generators, stuff like that). On top of that they cost an arm and a leg to build. all that collecting, all that driving, for nothing because they aren't even really upgrades but downgrades. So if any of you like roguelites (very lite, you just always return to your base before the next excursion), building up your car (nothing too involved, just different doors, gadgets etc) and collecting resources, I can recommend
Good game, fun mechanics, scenic views

I drive
a brilliantly made survival crafting game with unique and interesting mechanics and beautiful landscapes. Running well at low graphics settings in WINE/Sikarugir on M2 Macbook Pro.
good game i would say
Pacific Drive invents nothing new, it merely mixes and stirs existing things, employing a strong vision for it. It borrows a lot from S.T.A.L.K.E.R. (exclusion zone, anomalies), Subnautica (surviving out of your base where you take a break, do the research and upgrades), Half-Life (visuals, atmosphere, definitely some sound design) and even some No Man's Sky, in my opinion. Put it on rogue-like rails, add some incredible music and it works so damn well. You need to be in the mood for the game, though, in the certain state of mind even. I didn't like Pacific Drive when I first tried it a couple of years ago. It's dark, it immediately throws you in the deep end, attacks you with all the systems and items. It can feel overwhelming at first, but actually the main gameplay loop is simple and as soon as you're hooked, it's over before you know it. The car is a star of the game for sure. Everything wraps around it and if you're a car person and you like road-tripping and taking care of your vehicle, you'll be in heaven.
