Worth it for Space Drag alone. Makes it super easy to line up with things in-world, this is important with full body tracking. Most useful in social apps like VRChat. Custom keybinds are great too, I have one to toggle mute in Discord so I don't distract people in a call when talking with someone in VRChat, or vice versa. Most other settings require a native SteamVR headset (Vive, Index or (maybe) Steam Frame) and won't work with non-native headsets like Quest.
